Bienvenue dans notre maison au village de Bear Dunes Trap, Resort et 27 trous de golf. Ce complexe est situé à trois miles de Bethany Beach. Pendant votre séjour au Village de Bear Trap Dunes vous serez en mesure de profiter d'activités telles que le golf, la natation, le tennis, le vélo, centre de fitness, basket-ball, et marcher sur la plage ou tout simplement se détendre autour des deux piscines extérieures et une intérieure piscine, jacuzzi ou sauna. Il y a une navette pour la plage de Bethany Beach qui passe toutes les demi-heure en haute saison.

Notre maison a Ă©tĂ© classĂ© Platinum. Il a une belle vue sur le lac. Il est une maison unifamiliale nouvellement meublĂ© avec beaucoup d'espace. Il est dĂ©corĂ© de bon goĂ»t et il est confortable. Il y a deux chambres de maĂźtre (une au premier Ă©tage et au deuxiĂšme au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage) les deux ont un lit king size. La troisiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size et la quatriĂšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il dispose d'un tĂ©lĂ©viseur grand Ă©cran plasma dans la grande salle et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision et un lecteur DVD dans chaque chambre. Nous avons accĂšs Ă  Internet haut dĂ©bit dans chaque chambre et un bureau si vous voulez ĂȘtre en contact avec votre bureau. La grande cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Notre maison vous offre toutes les commoditĂ©s pour des vacances bien mĂ©ritĂ©es.

We brought our whole family together for a week in Bethany Beach, and it was wonderful. The weather was beautiful, and the house was perfect for three generations of family. The bed sizes worked out so well. Every room had a king or queen bed, except for the children’s room with two twins, which was ideal. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, allowing us to cook family dinners with plenty of platters and bowls to serve everything in.The community amenities were great. The shuttle bus to the beach ran smoothly, and when my granddaughter was napping, my older grandchild was able to enjoy the pool and playground right on the grounds. We also had fun playing pickleball together.Overall, it was a week full of family bonding and wonderful accommodations. The few times I reached out to Patti before our arrival, she responded quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely go back again. We all loved it!

Very nice home. Patti communicated well with us. Only thing I’d suggest is more comfortable family room furniture. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is fabulous. Beautiful view of the pond. Close to groceries, etc. but off the main road.

Spacious house, great location

We had a very enjoyable stay in this spacious home for our family of 10. We took advantage of the shuttle which was very convenient to get to the beach and we really enjoyed the beautiful club pool. There were plenty of umbrellas and chairs for use at the beach which we appreciated. The kitchen is large and well appointed with plenty of serve ware, dishes, etc and has nice appliances. There's plenty of room for dining and the couch and chairs are comfortable. There is a nice screened in porch with seating however the chairs didn't have cushions which made them uncomfortable to sit on. There is an outdoor grill that works well. The first floor has 1 master with a full bathroom and a second bedroom and half bath. The people sleeping in the first floor bedroom (not master) need to either walk through the master bedroom or one of the upstairs bedrooms to access a full bath to shower. The second floor has another master with full bathroom and two bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. We didn't realize this until arriving so wanted to point it out for other renters. Based on previous reviews of cleanliness we were surprised to find a few areas that needed cleaning- freezer, grill, master bathroom shower. There was an issue with the a/c but the owner was extremely prompt and the issue was quickly fixed which we so appreciated because our stay was in a very hot stretch of weather. Overall we had a wonderful trip and stay in this beautiful home in Bethany Beach.

Very helpful

We really enjoyed this home and location. We did experience a couple of minor plumbing problems but the hosts quickly responded to fix the issues. Our family consisted of 5 adults and 4 children ages 8 and under. Lots of room. The pond for fishing was an added bonus.

Great space for a family gathering

Our family spent the week here between Christmas & New Years and it was a great gathering place! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy meals, a puzzle, & some crafts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The back screen porch would be a lovely spot in the warmer months. We originally planned to use the indoor pool, but decided it wasn't worth it for the cost/person ($30 for 3 days, and we likely would have only used it one day. That would have been $200 to go swimming!) We found plenty of other things to do in the area. The host was response to our questions and gave us extra time for a later checkout.

Beautiful, clean home

We recently stayed in Ana Maria’s lovely home over the holiday weekend. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with quality cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and plenty of workable counter space. The home was extremely clean and comfortable for a large group. The two dining tables plus a small sitting area in addition to the large family room were really comfortable for games, or smaller groups to gather. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and there was a high quality washer and dryer in a convenient location right off the family room. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing!

Family vacation 2023

We had a great time! The location was perfect for all. The shuttle picks up right across the street. The pool in perfect for all ages. The house has great gathering spaces for a large family. But also enough for quiet time when needed. The screened in porch at sunset was my favorite space. Our host was responsive and easy to reach. LOW Stress week.

Everything You Need

Perfect house. Very spacious, including garage and driveway. Great location in back of neighborhood makes it convenient to get to beach. Shuttle is perfect for different family members to come and go at different times. Anna Maria was is super easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. The was a perfect spot for our family! We hope to get back to this house soon!

Bear Trap House

The property was awesome, very clean, spacious, and within 10-30 mins from several beaches. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of items for my family to use at the beach; chairs and umbrellas. The owner of the property was very quick to respond to any questions.. My family had a great time!!!

Beautiful home

This property was far the cleanest house we've rented. The kitchen had everything you need and we loved that we didn't have to bring any of our beach chairs or umbrellas. The bikes hit the spot with the boys. Owner Ana Maria was available right away with any concerns.

Overall Amazing And Beautiful Stay

Stunning and warm house with lake views- just beware that there is a $50/person fee for amenities (shuttle, pool, etc) which isn’t obvious with the listing. (We opted not to pay, and just found parking close to Bethany Beach that was $15.)

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house had everything a family could need for a week at a vacation home. We particularly appreciated the fact that the house had wood floors throughout insuring a high level of cleanliness. The screened in porch, outdoor shower and backyard deck were great features as well. Our owner was always easy to reach and responsive whenever we had a question. Overall, I highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation!

What a great house for an extended family vacation! We were 3 generations and had a ball! Beach was close (10 minutes drive). We went to Bethany Beach, Assateague and just relaxed. It was a memorable vacation.

Family Beach Week

This was a great house that was close to Bethany Beach and also within 30 minutes of Rehobeth and Ocean City. It was great to have a house where our entire family could all comfortably stay and have adequate space for a group of 12. It also worked well with adults and children. I really enjoyed how the neighborhood was quiet with easy access to various activities.
