Cozy beach home, perfect for your next family vacation!

Welcome to 9 Sting Ray Harbor, a brand new 5-bedroom home, located in the quite neighborhood of Sting Ray Harbor, in the quaint, charming town of Ocean View, DE. The main level of the home consists of 2 master suites, fully stocked large eat-in gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room with an oversized sofa, and a laundry room off of the kitchen. There is a grill to use, and several bikes located in the garage. Our second level has 2 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a large common area perfect for the kids to hang out or for a fun family game night! The house is located within minutes of shopping centers, charming local shops, restaurants, Bethany Beach boardwalk and beach, a local golf course, walking trails, and even a private park with a great playground! There's also a 48 amp charging station located in the garage.

All bed linens and towels are included.
The charges for linens, towels, and beach towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Great home in a great location! Extremely clean, and had everything you could think of to make your stay more relaxing and easy! Steve also gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Would definitely stay here again!

Great home for our stay with extended family. The house feels larger and more beautifully appointed than the photos. Complete amenities enhanced our stay. Good interactions with the host (owner) and all questions were promptly answered. We found the location to be very convenient whether walking, biking or driving. The adjacent canal trail was pleasant using provided bikes. Also, the nearby Ocean View park was very nice especially enjoyed by younger family members. The available charger for our plug-in hybrid car was an added bonus. We highly recommend this beach home.

We will be back!

The property is everything as described, and more. The kitchen is well-appointed with utensils, cookware, and appliances. There was plenty of room for six adults to spread out and come together. We made good use of the bicycles as the beach is easily accessible by bike. We will be making plans to return next year.

Best ocean view rental

I’ve been coming to the Delaware seashores my entire life. From camping to my family owning a home on the bay. Now i bring my family here and this house delivered everything we needed. Linens and supplies were clean and well stocked. Things parents often forgot: potty wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, zip locks-were all stocked. Beach accessories and bikes. Probably our most put together house we’ve have in years of renting. Convenient to grocery store, bethany boards, and where we fish at Indian River. Thanks!

Beautiful, spotless, accommodating

We cannot say enough great things about this home. The open floor plan is perfect for family to gather in the large kitchen/living room area. The bedrooms and baths are spacious. The entire home was spotless and fully equipped with everything and anything you may need. Highly recommend this property. We hope to be back next year!

Beach week

This was the first time staying in Bethany where the house had everything you need to enjoy a beach get away. Chairs, umbrellas, bikes, cooler, grill. While we didn’t use everything, it sure is nice to not have to bring this stuff on a 4hr trip. The kitchen has everything you need, even a crockpot. The home is beautiful. Communication was spot on. Great place for family. The cousins had their own area to game and watch tv and hang upstairs. Very spacious! Loved that towels and linen were provided(yet another thing we didn’t have to bring). I give it a 10 out of 10.
