Casa Eli, está muy bien situado en un gran terreno llano vallado, con un borde de un arroyo en la parte inferior que se puede cruzar a través de un pequeño puente para llegar al pueblo. ¡Perfecto para un paseo rápido por la mañana para comprar el pan! El lugar es una aventura para los niños al cruzar los puentes caseros sobre el arroyo.

Esta propiedad bien mantenida y muy querida es luminosa, aireada y espaciosa, con 3 dormitorios de buen tamaño (uno con cama con dosel, uno con cama doble y uno con dos camas individuales), 2 baños (uno con hidromasaje y ducha de vapor turco, y el otro con bañera de esquina, lavabo doble y ducha separada), cocina totalmente equipada con comedor, lavadero y sala de estar con cómodos asientos, sofá cama grande y chimenea.

Hay vigas vistas y suelos de estilo tradicional en toda la planta superior, así como ventanas y puertas de castaño macizo.

La parcela:
La gran parcela vallada tiene un montón de espacios abiertos planos - perfecto para los juegos de pelota de los niños.

La piscina es de 8M x 4M más escalera romana

Explorar la zona es fácil y se puede caminar hasta el pueblo de Pieve Fosciana a través del campo a través de un encantador paseo por el bosque de 10 minutos y cruzar el arroyo en puentes hechos a mano.

Hay una gran barbacoa y un horno de leña al aire libre para experimentar haciendo pan y pizzas.

Casa de jardín - existe la opción de comer en el interior cerca de la barbacoa y estufa de leña si se desea, y también hay un lugar para relajarse si desea sentarse y leer a ti mismo en el interior, pero con vistas al jardín.

Un poco sobre la zona:
Tenga en cuenta que la información automática sobre distancias puede ser engañosa en las zonas rurales. Aunque algunos lugares pueden parecer cercanos «en línea recta», las rutas a pie suelen ser poco prácticas.

Situado en extensos terrenos, bordeado por un arroyo en la parte inferior, con vistas al campo abierto y las montañas más allá, este es un refugio tranquilo.

A pesar de la paz y la privacidad, el sitio está a menos de 10 minutos a pie a campo traviesa del pueblo de Pieve Fosciana con las siguientes instalaciones:

The Location of Casa Eli cannot be bettered it set within the beautiful Tuscan hills along dirt tracks and nice and remote without being to remote. The town and area are lovely with all you need locally but also well connected to the larger towns around. The property is a good size and well laid out. The facilities such as pool and pizza oven were fantastic although the pool is all at one depth 1.5m which we hadn’t understood before arrival. The only two things I would call the house out on was the very dated furniture and decor the beds were so hard it was excruciating on occasion and for a family of five no one found them to be that comfortable so I don’t think it’s just us a little investment here would make such a difference to the overall ambience of the house. The other thing was on the whole house there was only one fan. I know this year has been hot but I was in this region last year and it was much hotter and continues to be. One fan seems precious little to cool down the whole house which is big. The result were a few sleepless nights and on one night we took an apartment with AC in Florence so everyone could get a good nights sleep. These two point are really just quibbles and over all the stay was lovely the whole place was a phenomenal holiday and we would go again.

Spacious villa in a great secluded location

We had a great 2 week holiday in this spacious villa that's in a secluded location, but still close to a town with amenities. We loved the pool and the pizza oven.

Relaxing Tuscan retreat

Fantastic property that is fairly secluded. Though has a short walk over the stream into the local village with a lovely restaurant. Loriana was excellent, resolving any minor issues we had. Would stay again.

Amazing villa in lovely and quiet surroundings

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. The house was clean and comfortable and the spacious surroundings were very private with no immediate neighbors. The pool was fantastic and situated close to the house with nice sunbeds and sunshades. The hosts Loriana and Alessandro were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this property and would love to come back.

Excellent property - the perfect peaceful retreat

We absolutely loved our holiday at Casa Eli - the weather was perfect and enabled us to enjoy the property and region to it's fullest potential. The property was lovely although we spent most of our time outside using the excellent pool at every opportunity. The gardens are secluded and allow complete peace but a short walk takes you into the local town with it's fantastic ice cream shop and Festa Della Bistecca. The surroundng area is beautiful with a multitude of cosy villages offering great food, drink and stunning views. Whilst a little further afield visits to Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia and Lerici coastline are highly recommended.

Fantastic Villa

Wow - the villa was lovely, out of the way but within walking distance of everything. The villa is set in lovely grounds, with plenty of outside furniture. The pool was lovely. A 15 minute walk to one of the best restaurants in the area. local shops and bars very handy. We played golf, went horse riding out 20 min drive away. $0 min drive we did quad biking and canyoning Would recommend this villa

Beautiful villa, beautiful surroundings

On arrival the owners were amazing, showed us around, answered questions and were very friendly. They have dealt with any issue we have had straight away and have just been fabulous. The villa itself was in beautiful condition,keeping within the rustic area it’s set, the pool was just right. The pizza oven and the outhouse (gym) you can sit in. With the beautiful woodland around and the 10 min walk into the village, you didn’t really need to go anywhere else. We choose to go into Lucca, Pisa and Florence via train and that was the best decision as we got to take in the beautiful scenery. We really have had the most relaxing time. Thank you villa Eli for helping make it a holiday to remember x

Lovely house in wonderful location

We arrived to be met by the caretaker who showed us the house and facilities and made us feel very welcome. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and cool in the heat of the day. The two covered terraces were where we spent most of the time and are wonderful living spaces. The gardens and pool were great for relaxing in, with some trees for shade. The walk to town was fun for us all through the woods and over the river. There were 2 medium supermarkets within walking distance which stocked all the essentials and some luxuries. We took the train down to Lucca and to Pisa for day trips well worth a visit. We travelled with our own bikes so had various trips out into the most amazing countryside with wonderful views and cool river dips. A really relaxing holiday in one of the nicest holiday rentals we have stayed in, in a perfect location. We would definitely recommend this property and would consider booking it again for another holiday.

Very nice house with a great pool area

We were a group of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). The house and grounds are extremely well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The bathrooms are great and impeccable. It's completely secluded there and yet it's a 10-minute walk to the village. The access to the house is a bit challenging because it's a bit narrow, but we drove there without any problems in a Mercedes V-Class. Just needs some practice. We had Wi-Fi outages in the afternoon and evening. The mobile reception there is very good. Unfortunately, the local landlords speak almost no English. A few knowledge of Italian is therefore an advantage. We would like to thank you for the great stay and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful villa!

We did not know Italy at all before this stay, and wanted somewhere not too busy with tourists - this villa turned out to be perfect! The villa itself was great - big, well appointed, and cool in the day. There was so much space outside, plus the beautiful pool. There is a footpath that goes to a small stream and then the village, and it was great to be able to walk to the bar / bakery / restaurant. Recommend Il Pozzo! We were a bit surprised when a few dogs found their way into the garden but then realised the footpath runs behind the large hedge (you can’t see people, but do hear them and see their dogs sometimes) Not a problem but given the otherwise remoteness of the villa, it can give you a start to suddenly hear voices! We found it easy to get out and about - we did Cinque Terre one day (not to be missed!) and also very much enjoyed Castiglione, the village just up the hill. Access into the villa’s driveway is a bit tight but we soon got used to it, and worth it for the peacefulness of the villa at the end of the track. Loriana was there to welcome us on arrival and was easily contacted if we needed anything (we didn’t but good to know). We would love to come again to this area, and would not hesitate to book this villa again.

Nur wie schon beschrieben, ist die Fahrt zu dem Anwesen sehr eng als wir an den Häusern vorbeigefahren mussten und holprig. Ansonsten alles toll und zum genießen . Vielen Dank

Ein kleines Paradies

Casa d‘Eli ist ein toller Ort. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man ist absolut für sich mitten in Natur. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, der Garten ist wunderschön und riesig, was vor allem unseren Hund gefreut hat und man ist tatsächlich über zwei kleine Brücken in 5 Minuten ins Dorf gelaufen mit einer super Eisdiele, einem netten Bäcker und einer wirklich guten Pizzeria. Wanderungen kann man direkt vom Haus starten und der Fluss, der neben dem Haus fließt, ist ein Ereignis! Ein absolutes Naturspektakel muss unbedingt erwähnt werden, weil wir so etwas noch nie gesehen haben und es war wunderschön: in der Dämmerung leuchten tausende von Glühwürmchen am Waldrand auf und machen Casa d‘Eli zu einem tatsächlich magischen Ort! Wir haben dieses Ereignis jeden Abend mit einem Glas Rotwein gefeiert! Unser Dank gilt auch den wunderbaren Vermietern, die sich ganz herzlich um uns gekümmert haben! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schöne, aber abgelegene Anlage, Zufahrt abenteuerlich

Alles sehr schön, aber der Zufahrtsweg müsste instandgesetzt werden.

We are sorry a small section of the road is sometimes bumpy - the council are due to sort this out and in the meantime the owner flattens it himself regularly, but sometimes when it rains it needs doing straight away. Toole, erholsame Ferien. Es hat uns sehr gefallen

-sehr schönes/sauberes Objekt -tolle Lage -sehr Kinderfreundlich -gepflegter Umschwung -cooler Pizzaofen -gute Ausstattung -Zufahrt auch mit einem VW T6 und Bmw X5 problemlos machbar. -sehr nette Vermietung

Hilfreiche Agentur - katalogbeschreibung

Agentur sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend als Tür ins Schloss fiel und sich nicht öffnen ließ. Allerdings Zufahrt mit sehr breitem pkw nicht möglich. Dazu fehlte Hinweis.

NB - for future guests Access to the house is possible with a wide vehicle if you follow the driving instructions given when entering the hamlet (you need to approach from the other angle). Schöne saubere Anlage, schon recht einsam/ abgelegen

Das große Haus ist Landestypisch eingerichtet, wir finden, dass man mit 4 Personen viel Platz hat, bei 6 Personen sehen wir dies nicht ganz so gegeben, ggf. geht es noch mit Kindern. Die Anfahrt ist wirklich abenteuerlich und man sollte die Abmessungen von seinem FZ. genau kennen. Zum nächsten Ort sind es zu Fuß, über einen Waldweg z.T. mit Steinen ca. 2 Minuten, zum Einkaufen muss immer das Auto genommen werden, dies sollte man wissen. Nach Lucca sind es mit dem Auto ca. 60 Minuten. Die Anlage ist schön und abgelegen , für andere nicht einsehbar gelegen, dass ganze Gelände ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten im oberen Bad in der Badewanne/ Dusche einen sehr geringen Wasserdruck. Wer also viel Ruhe , Abgeschiedenheit sucht und dann doch gern auch mal Auto fährt, findet ein gutes Objekt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort

Thank you for your review and we are glad the four of you had a lovely time! You mention that you don't think the house is large enough for 6 guests, but that does tend to be the usual number of guests in the party, and space has never been an issue. This is a very rural area and you do need your car but you can reach the village, with basic shopping facilities and a great restaurant by foot during the day. In terms of access, it is really important to follow our directions so you approach the narrow bit (which lasts 5 metres) from the correct angle and then it is totally fine - we have had guests with mini buses with no issues. We have passed the issues on re water pressure so this can be resolved. Best wishes Lorraine
