Hi Heather and thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we cannot wait to host you in the future. Best, Dakota

Are goal is to have you to have the same type of experience that we have each time we retreat to our personal slice of paradise. We love hearing that your stay was all you expected it to be. We hope you will consider coming back in the years to come as we keep improving the condo every year to make it a better experience every time for you and your family.

Thanks for your review on our condo. Happy to hear you and your family loved the condo. Sorry to hear you had broken elevator issues. When too many guest crowd the elevators this causes the elevators to stop working temporarily. They post weight and limits on elevators but they are not always respected. Hope to see you again on another family vacation.

Thank you Jeanine for the great review and five star rating! We are so pleased to hear everything was perfect for your stay and the AC worked perfectly! We can not wait for you to book with us again soon! Best Wishes-VLP

Jonathan, We hope to have you stay with us again in the near future. Let us know if you have any other needs.

Thank you for your review, Julianne! We love to hear that you enjoyed this great condo and all it has to offer. You definitely had your vacation right at busy season, so those elevators can get a bit congested at such a large resort. We hope to see you back soon!

Thank you for the review and we are so delighted you had a wonderful time! We look forward to having you back again!

Thank you Jennielyn for the great review and five star rating! We are so pleased to hear everything was perfect for your stay! We can not wait for you to book with us again soon! Best Wishes-VLP

Hi Yolanda! Thank you so much for taking your time to provide your review and feedback. We're very glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation and found the condo to be comfortable and welcoming. We're also glad we were able to rectify your issues quickly and efficiently. We look forward to having you stay with us again soon! Best, Vacation Life Properties

Thank you Tony for the review! I do wish you would have reached out during your stay so we could have accommodated you and brought you some pot holders and kitchen towels. We do have regular pest control scheduled for all of our properties and i will let housekeeping know it is time for the baseboards to be done! I do hope you had a wonderful time and we are here when you are ready to book again! Best Wishes-VLP

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations and that your family experienced so many frustrations during what should have been a relaxing vacation. We're truly sorry to hear about the challenges you encountered, including the elevator wait times, the confusion with the sleeper sofa, the electronic lock issue, and the cleanliness concerns you described. We understand how these issues, especially while traveling with elderly parents and young grandchildren, would have had a significant impact on your stay. We also recognize how frustrating the citywide water main break was, even though it was beyond the control of the resort and our management team. We will be reviewing each of the concerns within our control with our team to help improve the experience for future guests. We strive to provide every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we're disappointed that we fell short during your visit. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we wish you and your family all the best.

Thank you for your review on our condo. Very sorry about the door code during checkout. Our doors are electronic and sometimes do act up. We always suggest our guest keep our customer service line available for any door code issues. Summer is a busy season and this causes congestion especially with the elevators during checkout times. Glad to hear your enjoyed our condo and the beautiful views our condo offers. We hope you come back and visit us on your next summer vacation.

Hi Jake, thank you for taking a moment to leave us feedback of your stay! Since your stay, we have scheduled a deep clean to ensure all of our standards are being met. We have had maintenance address the ceiling fan and AC. We will get with the owner on the cracked sink so we can have that replaced as soon as possible. We are happy to hear that overall you had a great stay and enjoyed the wonderful views!! We look forward to hosting you in the near future to show you the improvements firsthand. Best, VLP

Hi Amy, We are glad you enjoyed your condo, but we are sorry the resort is not what you expected. We hope to see you again, maybe at one of the other resorts we have units in. Thanks, VLP

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you encountered these issues during your vacation. We do want to clarify that the staff you encountered during check-in and throughout the resort are employed by the Shores of Panama resort itself and are not affiliated with Vacation Life Properties. While we manage the condo, we unfortunately do not control the resort staff. We are happy to pass along your concerns and encourage you to let the resort know directly so that they can address those concerns. That said, we absolutely take your concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the unit very seriously. Your experience does not reflect the standard we strive to maintain, and have accomplished maintaining based on other guests' positive feedback. We are always happy to send housekeeping back if we’re made aware of any issues. We assure you that these will be addressed with our team. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope for the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future. Sincerely, Vacation Life Properties

Thank you Clement for your review! We are so sorry for the issues you had but so happy to hear our customer service team took care of everything for you! If not here, please check out our many other beautiful properties in PCB! Best Wishes-VLP

Hey Shannon, Thanks so much for the wonderful review! We are so pleased to hear how much you and your family enjoyed your very first vacation together. We are so glad that we were able to make that experience a memorable one. We would love to have you guys back for another perfect stay! Best Wishes, VLP

Hi Travis, We are sending Our apologies to you as it seems every little thing has added up to become an issue with your vacation. We hope you would like to visit again soon, we have many other properties to offer with high hopes you will find the perfect vacation you are looking for. Best regards, Nikki with Vacation Life Properties

Hi Stefan! Thank you so much for providing your review and feedback on your stay. I'm so very sorry for the inconvenience that your condo was not cleaned to your or our standards. I looked back at our call log, emails, texts, and tasks, but I don't see where you reported it was unclean. Perhaps you called from a different number than is on your reservation. We are always happy to come out and touch up whatever you feel needs attention. As we near the end of the busy season, most condos are ready for a good deep clean and we begin those in the next month. This time of year, it is rare that any of our properties are vacant for even one night. I did see where you were looking for the remote control and the cleaner had said she saw it on the entertainment center. As I can't find your call under the number I have, I can't find out who said they would send someone, but I do apologize for the inconvenience. I do understand the resort can be a bit rowdy during the busy season, but unfortunately, we have no control over the garage, parking, elevators, resort amenities, or the behavior of others. We rely on the resort management to take care of those items and security to enforce the rules they've put in place. As always, I will pass your assessment along to the resort management so they are reminded, once again, that their lack of attention and enforcement is impacting all the guests. We do hope you were able to enjoy the beach and that you'll come back to visit us at one of our many properties up and down PCB. Sincerely, Vacation Life Properties

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you were very satisfied with the condo and enjoyed the great location. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and your recommendation! We hope to host you again soon!

Thank you Allen for the review. Unfortunately we only manage the condo and not the resort We do however let every guest know in the descriptions of the condo that during peak season the elevators do get backed up and very busy! We are pleased to hear that the condo was beautiful and fit your vacation needs. Since your stay with us we have replaced the condo with new pots and pans! Best Wishes- Vacation Life Properties
