Refreshing pool, relaxing and clean home…easy walk or bike to beach. 1 beach entrance you do have to wade through the tide pool inlet. Excellent stay.

Comfortable Stay for Our Group

This home worked really well for our group. Everyone had enough space, and the dinning room was perfect for meals and relaxing together. The location near the beach and restaurants made everything very convenient.

WOW

Amazing 4 story house with private pool! The pool deck, tv and tiki bar was perfect for evenings after the beach. The large kitchen and living room fit our group perfectly. We loved our stay, the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beach Luxury Vacations was a great company to work with, by far the best we've used on 30A.

Wonderful Family Home for Vacation

We were a party of 9 celebrating a daughter's 50th birthday and a granddaughter's 20th. Everyone loved the house and the entire 30A area. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out, it was well appointed and clean. The location was close to other activities. I had a few questions before and during our stay and the management company was excellent in getting back to me quickly to answer any questions. Check in and checkout were super easy. I would highly recommend this house if you vacation in the Santa Rosa area. My only caution would be for anyone who has trouble with stairs because there are quite a few stairs in a 4 level house. It wasnt an issue for us though.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a great time making memories at this vacation rental home in Seagrove. The 6 guest bikes were a wonderful bonus, and we loved spending our evenings in the pool with the tiki bar and ample seating after long days at the beach. The beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon, was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The area is fantastic, and the management company went above and beyond by helping us find great places to eat and special things to do. I highly recommend this home and company.

The best week!

We had the best week staying at Family Tides! We were a group of 8 who had never stayed in this specific area so we didn't know what to expect, but the house and location lived up to all of our expectations. The house provided all the beach gear we needed and the short walk to the beach was great. The house is beautiful and well stocked for large groups! Beach Luxury was quick to respond and kind for the couple of things we needed through the week. We would highly recommend renting through them, this house and location.

The house is very nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable and the on site bikes and heated pool (extra) were well maintained and enjoyable. We unfortunately experienced an inoperable key pad and a malfunctioning Tiki Bar TV which was a rough start and a miss of the Kentucky Derby. Those issues were resolved and we had a lovely rest of the week. Apart from the house, the onboarding procedures could be streamlined and less harsh.

Amazing stay at Family Tides

It was the BEST stay and trip ever!! The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! We had a family of 10 staying there and we were SO comfortable! The pool heating was fabulous and highly recommend for October. We WILL be back!

Loved our stay!

Loved staying at this house. It's in a private and quiet location. There was plenty of room for our entire family, and we loved the pool area! Beach Luxury Vacations was great to work with, and we will definitely be contacting them for upcoming vacations!
