We enjoyed having you guys stay for the entire month and thank you for the feed back we know how much you enjoyed the location and the comfortable layout this home offers. Thank you for letting us know about the dust issues monthly rental are tricky do to their length of stay without our house keeping service touching up routing so we do our best to ensure the dust is kept under control and with shorter rentals it is easier but sometimes those monthly stays do build up some dust. Otherwise thank you for letting me know how clean the comfortable the home was for you during your stay. We have touched those areas up for future guests but and look forward to having you come back next year!

Hopefully next time we can have you back and everything will be perfect. Yes unfortunately we had purchased a brand new not even a week old dish washer and unfortunately the week you checked it the day of the 6 day old brand new dish washer was faulty and would not run so I apologize for the inconvenience we had someone come out immediately to try and put a band aid on the dish washer we even purchased another one just to try and get it working while you were there and unfortunately home depot and Lowes and all of the local stores were out of dish washers and on back order due to COVID and what they kept in stock so we were limited on options but out of courtesy we wanted to let you know ahead of time that the 6 day old dish washer had stopped working. GOOD NEWS we have a brand new dish washer and a brand new washer /dryer both working perfectly now for all of our future guests. Just to clarify for future guests, guests are absolutely allowed to use the screened porch door and enjoy walking in and out of it we just don't provide guests the code to the screen porch door for secuirty reasons of which simply meant the guests would need to use the main door to enter and exit the home using the code provided to you in your welcome letter. Otherwise there is no code required to open and enter the screened porch door once you have disengaged the auto lock so rest assured guests are fully allowed to use any doors they wish we just simply ask guests to use the main door when entering and exiting the property. 30A Rental Properties is always here to make all of our guests happy as we would do anything to make our guests really have a memorable stay when I checked in on you when you guys checked in the day of and after there was no mention of any cleaning concerns or we would have certainly addressed them immediately. I understand you guys were very upset that the brand new dish washer was unfortunately not working its a difficult situation we purchased a brand new one and it stopped working 6 days into having it and unfortunately even with us purchasing another one just to get a working dish washer in there it took a week so I greatly apologize for that and hope next time you have a better stay. Otherwise we are glad you enjoyed the awesome perks to the home like the location and our well equipped kitchen and the newly updated remodeled bathrooms and have amazing neighborhood and nice private deeded beach access all great perks to renting this home.
