* No RVs, Trailers, Boats, or Watercrafts allowed to be parked at the property.(No Street parking)
* Guest must execute and return a written or electronically signed copy of the Rental Agreement within seventy-two (72) hours of booking.
* Weddings / Organized groups are not allowed. Guests must not exceed the approved number of guests allowed.
* CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home. There is ongoing construction taking place in this neighborhood
* HOA controlled community, rules are always changing we can not predict what the HOA rules may change to and when they may change. By renting this property you understand that rules may change and affect your reservation. 30A Rental Properties will do all we can to make our guests aware of the changes prior to arrival but the HOA rules supersede.
* Beach access locations and beach vending companies are subject to change, per local county ordinances. For the most up-to-date information, please contact our office prior to your arrival.
* We encourage all our guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen trip interruptions, or you having to cancel. No refunds will be given once the refund period has passed.
* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.
By submitting payment for this reservation, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the 30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement, thereby creating a legally binding contract between the Guest and 30A Rental Properties, LLC. The Primary Guest accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all occupants and visitors comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Guest further agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damage, loss, excessive cleaning, fines, or violations of property rules, HOA regulations, or applicable laws caused by the Guest, members of their party, or visitors during the reservation period. Guests are encouraged to contact 30A Rental Properties immediately with any questions, concerns, or issues before or during their stay so that reasonable efforts may be made to address them. Rental Agreement Acknowledgment, Electronic Consent, and Execution Requirement: The full 30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement, including all Rental Terms and Conditions, is made available to Guests prior to booking through the VRBO platform, including in the House Rules and Rental Agreement sections. Guests are provided a reasonable opportunity to review the complete Rental Agreement before submitting payment, including through the hyperlink labeled “Review Rental Agreement.”
By submitting payment and completing the reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that: The Guest has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of the 30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement. The Guest has been provided a reasonable opportunity to review the Rental Agreement prior to booking. The Guest's submission of payment constitutes electronic acceptance of the Rental Agreement and creates a legally binding contract between the Guest and 30A Rental Properties, LLC As an additional condition of the reservation, the Guest must execute and return a written or electronically signed copy of the Rental Agreement within seventy-two (72) hours of booking. Failure to timely execute and return the Rental Agreement may result, in the sole discretion of 30A Rental Properties, LLC, in any of the following, subject to applicable law and VRBO policies: Cancellation of the reservation, Forfeiture of payments, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules, Refusal or denial of check-in and occupancy.
The Guest further agrees that failure to sign and return the Rental Agreement after booking does not invalidate, revoke, or negate the enforceability of the terms already accepted electronically at the time of booking.
