Everything you could possibly need awaits you in this 2BR + Third-floor "Crows Nest" + 2 Full Bath courtyard home with a guest garage for vehicle and another garage to store bikes and beach gear. Located south (Gulf side) of 30A, gated Villas at Sunset Beach is a 5 minute walk to Rosemary and Alys Beach shops and restaurants. The house sleeps 8 total. First-floor bedroom has 2 Queen Beds with full bath and laundry closet with large capacity front load washer/dryer. Second-floor Master Bedroom has a King Bed and full bath. There is a small, covered balcony off the master bedroom with two Adirondack Chairs. Third-floor "Crows Nest" has two twin beds situated in a built-in "L" shape. Please note: the Crows Nest is an open space (no door) and most suitable for children/teens as there is limited space for luggage, etc.

The second-floor, living/dining area is cozy, inviting, and beautifully decorated with a well-appointed kitchen. The French doors off the living room lead to a deck with a patio table and seating for 4. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The island has seating for 4, and the sofa table converts to a table, if needed.

Only 10 of the 34 homes in the community have garage parking. This home has 2 garages. Please note the garage spaces are very tight (7ft 10in wide) you will need to pull your mirrors in, and depending on the length of your vehicle you may have to leave the garage doors up while your vehicle is parked in the garage. The left garage stores beach chairs guests are welcome to use.

This is a gated and guarded community and has a HEATED (seasonally) oceanfront pool.

Pet Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee of $350 will be added to your booking. Pet must be pre-approved by owner. Please contact owner before you book. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed and must be 30 lbs or less.

Loved this house! It is laid out so nicely so that my family of 4 was able to enjoy lots of time hanging out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The two balconies were perfect for lounging about reading. We were steps away from the beach and an easy walk away from Alys and Rosemary.Everything was in great shape. All appliances worked perfectly and I the washer and dryer seemed practically new. Lastly, we were worried about the garage sizes but had nothing to worry about as I easily fit a Hyundai Santa Fe into the garage without any issues.Overall, we absolutely loved this house and can't wait to go back!

Great house.

5th year in a row vacationing in 30A for Fall Break. This was the best location we have had. So convenient to be able to walk back and forth to beach in a matter of minutes. House was great. Liked having the garage to park SUV in and access to beach chairs and cooler. Accomodations were very nice as well.

Great location

This home was great for our family of 4. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rosemary and Alys. And it was steps from the beach. This is the perfect location for kids who want to be at the beach nonstop. We were short a few supplies upon arrival but the property manager was wonderful and helped us resolve it quickly.

Great location and excellent property

Was a great weekend. Communication was smooth with the property manager and no issues finding and getting into the home. Excellent location. Can walk to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Loved it and plan to come back next spring!

Amazing Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle on Sunset Beach. The location was fabulous and perfect for biking around 30A. Three bikes were provided at this property as well as all kind of beach supplies, an added bonus! Check in and check out were very easy. We all had a great time!

Great trip, wonderful accommodations!

We loved our stay at Sandcastle. The accommodation were great, comfortable beds and the unit had anything you could need. There were lots of beach chairs available for use as well as beach umbrellas, coolers and floats. The host was very easy to reach and available for any questions or needs one may have. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Great location. Park once and walk anywhere. Beautiful beach. Short walk to town, restaurants, shops, etc.. Clean, comfortable living area, kitchen, bedrooms. Very nice, responsive owner made everything easy.

Perfect family getaway

We LOVED this property! The price was fantastic for the location. We were close enough to ride bikes to dinner or walk up for coffee. The beach is just a couple minute walk and easy to get back after a long day on the beach. Much better than having to wait on and catch the shuttle. We will definitely book here again!

The property is in a great location, easy walk to the beach, access to a pool, plenty of room inside with all the things you need. Also a ton of beach supplies and two garages! Janice was so kind and communicative as well. Our family of 3 had a great time, we'll likely book again with a few other family members too!

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times in the last year because we are looking to purchase. Property was undeniably unsanitary including the mattress once sheets were stripped have several urine or other fluid stains. The property door was 6 inches ajar when we entered the property at check in, so upon investigating the lock on the door was sketchy to say the least and did not lock everytime we left on several occasions. We purchased barrier poles to secure entry at nite from intruders (not likely in this neighborhood but nonetheless peace of mind.) We spoke with several owners while we were there and they were disappointed to hear. Never had any of these issues when staying there at other units. We respect peoples homes and this was def under par for this area and price point. Sorry to offend but this place was dirty and not secure.

Best Beach Get-a-way!

Wonderful beach property on gulf side of 30A! Just steps away from the beach at Seacrest! The owner makes the ease of booking and communication a delight! The beach home is clean, nicely appointed, with an abundance of beach chairs and toys provided! It’s the perfect home and location for a beach vacation! Would book this home or with this owner again!

Central location - close to beach and shops

Great house, right in the middle of everything. 2 min walk to beach (it was crowded but nice). Go ahead and rent beach chairs online to be comfortable during peak season. House came stocked with everything we needed and we walked to many restaurants and shops.

A Relaxing Retreat

Spent the month of February in this cottage. The unit was very clean and had all the things you need for a long or short stay. Janice was very communitive throughout the process. Short walk to beach, heated pool and great restaurants nearby. We will be back.

Perfect house in perfect location!

This is a lovely home with everything you need to have a fabulous vacation at the beach! Communication with the owner was so easy and responses came quickly! We had no issues but it was nice to know that Janice was just a quick call or text away! Highly recommend this lovely home! We will be back!

Love this home and location!

This is our second year in a row that we've rented this home. We love the house and its close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The property is very clean and well-maintained and the property manager, Ronna Davis, is responsive and available. We like that the beach chairs and umbrella and bikes are included. We will be back again next June!

Loved it!

We had a great stay over February break. Janice was a great communicator and it was easy to check in. The house was exactly as described and fit 5 of us comfortably. It is also well stocked. The weather was not warm but we still sat on the beach, rode bikes, walked everywhere, and took advantage of the shopping and restaurants nearby. We love this neighborhood because it is gated with direct, private beach access. We also had some amazing sunsets! We would definitely stay again.
