Esta propiedad brillante y hermosa fue comprada y diseñada recientemente teniendo en cuenta al inquilino de Beachwalk Resort. Traiga a toda la familia y extiéndase en esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños que se extiende por más de 2,300 pies cuadrados. Situado al final de un pintoresco callejón sin salida, seguramente disfrutará de su estancia aquí en Sandy Shores. Reserve su corta estadía para 2019, o una semana completa en el verano para 2020.
Navegue por el complejo en su carrito de golf complementario incluido con su estadía, o pasee por las cabañas de colores dulces donde las calles están bordeadas de cercas blancas y césped nativo de playa. Las familias se reúnen en el Beachwalk Resort año tras año para reunirse mejor, comenzar sus tradiciones familiares aquí.

Our family vacation at Sandy Shores in Beachwalk Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Didn’t get to check in until 7pm Saturday July 25th ( house had not been cleaned ) but it was a busy weekend . Didn’t have enough bath towels for all and dishwasher broke on Wednesday .. but Quayla took very good care of us with prompt attention to these issues . We loved the resort ! Family oriented, safe, clean, relaxing ... Will definitely go back again !!! Stayed at Sandy Shores, king beds, bunks and a golf cart !!! Best family vacay ever!!

We enjoyed the front porch for games and the fire pit area in the back. It was great to have to golf cart available too! My favorite feature about this particular house is the parking! There are spots for 3 cars to park at the back of the house, and they are spacious...not crowded at all! We had one issue with something, and maintenance was right there to fix us up!

Having a golf cart was definitely a plus. Perfect location. Cons: I do feel that the cleaning could've been better. One of the bedrooms upstairs had a dirty pillow case and glitter all over the room. The landscaping needed attention. The front fire pit and yard was way overgrown. The sand needed raked and cleaned of debris. We also couldn't use the hammock. Other than those few things we would rent this property again.

The Gas fireplace did not work, we alerted maintenance and they said the owner has to take care of that problem.So l believe they both knew it doesn’t work. I really wish we could have enjoyed a fire.The gas grill did not work, they gave us a new tank and it still shut off,I wish we could have grilled our steak that evening.

Family retreat

We stayed here for a week. The house was very nice with lots of space for two families. We enjoyed the beach, the hut and pool.

Very nice house!

We had six adults and three under the age of four and there was ample space for all of us. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. The golf cart was a great convenience! Staff was great to work with.

Awesome house, great stay

We had a group of 6 women, and it was very comfortable to have 3 in the bunk beds and 3 in their own rooms. (Quick note because the photos and description were kinda mixed up -- the upstairs room with its own bathroom is the same one with its own deck; the bunk room and another queen bedroom share the J&J bathroom.) The house was spotless, warm and comfortable on a cold November day. The kitchen had great supplies and there were nice blankets and towels. We took a little walk around the neighborhood and loved it. The office staff was extremely friendly, kind, and flexible. The only minor complaints were that the fireplace didn't work and that a neighbor was unnecessarily rude to us regarding the parking spaces (which is totally outside of Beachwalk's control; rude people exist everywhere). We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed in cleanliness and quirks of house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looked cute from the outside, but there were many odd quirks about it that made our stay less than perfect. The layout of the homes in this community are very close together, and even more so when you place the fire pit in the front yard of a house on a circle. There was no privacy for ANY conversations outdoors, and even indoor conversations could be heard if the windows were open- which they were until the barking of the neighbors dog kept me from getting to sleep on our first night. We also found the front door wide open (inside the screened porch) upon arrival and realized later it was likely because the door did not fit properly and would not stay closed unless it was locked. This was the case with several of the interior doors as well (and our bedroom door would not even lock because the door was so misaligned.) The most upsetting part of this homes "problems" was the level of cleanliness which started off on the wrong foot when we arrived and found the kitchen counters were sticky all over! Management responded quickly to send someone to the house to clean the counters. As our weekend progressed and we found that everyone had black feet after walking barefoot in the house we realized that the floors were not clean either. Overall, I was disappointed and would not recommend this house to a friend.

Shelly, your review is appreciated and was helpful in making the necessary corrections to ensure the doors were working properly and cleanliness was improved. Upon your departure we had a professional floor cleaner out who steamed cleaned the grout and also suggested a change to the floor cleaner being used. In addition, we had our maintenance team look at the doors and make necessary adjustments.

A relaxing homey place to vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great how “Sandy Shores”was on a court away from some of the busier areas and had easier parking for 4 than other homes. Liked the large open floor plan of the home especially the large enclosed porch. The golf cart was great for us as well. Everything was in walkable distance such as the pool etc. Though the pool was smaller than I thought it was never really crowded when we went there despite somany homes all having access to it. We will go back but need a house with one more room to accommodate our growing family.

The home was wonderful - very comfortable, plenty of space, great seating for family meals, very organized and clean, comfy beds, and awesome outdoor space. The golf cart was also super nice compared to some golf carts we have had during prior stays at Beachwalk. We have ZERO complaints and will most likely stay here for future Beachwalk vacations!

A great fall get-away to Michigan City!

The house is beautiful! This is our second year to stay there, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We appreciated having the cart available, we enjoyed the roominess, and we loved eating on the front porch and having s’mores around the fire pit! It’s close to everything ( the outlet mall ❤️, dunes, apple orchard, beach). We hope to stay there again.
