Some bits a bit tired , but overall a nice apartment, lots of steps but not the end of the world !very quiet and peaceful, we had a car so the garage to put it in was helpful as there is very little parking

Muy recomendable. Lugar para el descanso y rélax

El apartamento se encuentra en un sitio muy tranquilo, con unas vistas impresionantes del mar. Está muy bien equipado aunque echamos de menos algún vaso o taza extra. La única pega es que el apartamento era un cuarto sin ascensor. En el hotel de la misma urbanización hay un restaurante donde se come bien a buen precio. Tuvimos algún problema para contactar con la persona que nos debía entregar las llaves, pero el propietario estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento y finalmente pasamos unos días estupendos.

Extremely Disappointed

Property was on the fourth floor with no lift(not mentioned on web site) the pools are only open from 15th June to 15th September(not mentioned on web site)the key holder only spoke french and was not at all helpful, there are no English tv channels available, the insurance offered on the web site is not worth the paper it is written on(in order to claim for miss description you have to refuse the apartment on arrival and make a claim within 72hrs in writing,rather difficult when you are on holiday), the bed described on the web site said "Queen Size Bed" it was actually only 135cm wide (4' 5" in english),to be fair the owner did give us some compensation.Nearest supermarket 10 min drive away.I am a fit 71 year old and found it very difficult to carry a suitcase up 8 flights of stairs plus the other bags we had on arrival and had to make 6 trips up the stairs.I would not recommend this property to anyone and would not use HomeAway again.

Bel appartement très bien entretenu et equipé .vue sur la mer bon accueil avec Ingrid très sympathique pour la remise des clés merci MR le propriétaire Thierry pour tous les renseignements concernant l appartement ,pour les chaines TV en français vous étes a notre écoute et nous apprécions.ne changer rien ,nous recommandons votre appartement pour passez de bonnes vacances dans un lieu magnifique

Un appartement charmant avec toutes commodités, une terrasse très grande avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Sans hésiter je reviendrai.

Magnifique vue sur mer !

Superbe appartement, disposant d'une très grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur mer, très bien équipé pour 2 adultes (possible pour 4 personnes en utilisant un canapé-lit dans le salon). 2 piscines réservées à la résidence sont disponibles, elles sont petites mais nous y étions seuls en ce début juin. Cet appartement se mérite un peu : 67 marches à grimper (et à descendre !) pour y accéder… Cet appartement dispose d'un garage, utilisable par un véhicule de petite taille, sinon stationner son véhicule au dessus de la résidence à été aisé au mois de juin. Pour la logistique sur place (accueil, clés, conseils…), Ingrid assure sans problème !

Wonderful views at far end of Mojacar playa

Overall the apartment was as described with a very large terrace with fantastic views. Being at the far end of Mojacar there were fewer facilities nearby and at lot were closed because of the time of year but the beach was lovely as was the promenade to walk along. A car is definitely needed as are strong legs due to the number of steps upto the apartment but being so high up is why the views are so good. Arrangements for our arrival and departure weren't too good unfortunately and we had to have a lot of communication between ourselves and the key holder to make last minute plans to pick up the keys as the original key collection venue was closed. She also didn't come with us upto the apartment but said all instructions for the shutters, appliances etc would be there but they weren't unfortunately. This meant we spent the first 24-48 hours trying to find out how to work everything, even having to get in touch with the owner as the key holder said she couldn't help. We also had a problem on leaving because she was unable to come on our last day before we left for the airport. So we agreed to wait in on our final evening for her husband to come and check the apartment and return our 150 euros damage deposit. He didn't arrive until over an hour after the agreed time so this spoiled our final evening. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed and was comfortable. It was just let down by the keyholders and the lack of information in the apartment itself.

Appartement très confortable

C'est un appartement très confortable avec une très grande terrasse et des vues spectaculaires sur la côte. Possède une piscine pour l'urbanisation et un parking privé. L'appartement est situé dans une urbanisation très calme. À la plage, vous pouvez aller en voiture (moins de 5 minutes) ou marcher (environ 15 minutes mais pour un endroit inconfortable et pas très préparé). L'accord avec Thierry a été très bon. Il donne beaucoup d'installations et répond très rapidement. Nous conseillons certainement à l'appartement de passer des vacances tranquilles sur la plage.

Enjoyable to a point.

veen to mojacar several times now. Loved the apartment as it's the quieter part of mojacar, it's 10 mins walk from the sea. All uphill especially the four flights of steps to the actual apartment, which we didn't mind. The apartment itself was a great size, well equipped, and apart from the odd light not working and the sliding doors being a pain to close, I enjoyed the stay. Showers great, kitchens got everything, suns on the terrace until the evening. Great large terrace. Air con all working well. So was all good, I'm only marking it down as when we left and hit the soil in the uk we received a snotty whatsapp saying we had left sand everywhere, with a picture of the broom we had swept the sand up with, We had swept the apartment through, washed all the towels taken all the rubbish away and left the apartment in a really good state. So that marred the holiday feeling, we were all set to book for next year but we will find somewhere else now. So that's a bit sad as all week we raved about the place.

Lovely apartement with stunning view on the sea

Not much to add to the other positive reviews.. Lovely apartment, well maintained, in a quiet area, on the 4Th (upper) floor, reachable by stairs only. Pictures speak for themselves. From the big terrace, you'll have stunning views on the sea. All the necessary things are available for a comfortable stay. Equipped kitchen, Airco-Wifi-Tv, no dishwasher. Beach and restaurants are nearby, bus stop @ 800m, but I would recommend a car. Owner and key keeper are very helpful. We had only positive experiences and are definitely going back. Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique et grande terrasse.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous. La première fois que j'ai loué cet appartement durant le fêtes de fin d'année l'année dernière c'était tout à fait par hasard je ne connaissais pas la région au préalable. Nous nous sommes directement sentis à l'aise et confortablement installés dans l'appartement. La vue est à couper le souffle, la terrase est très grande et il dispose de tout l'equipement nécessaire pour passer un superbe séjour. De plus la région et l'endroit sont magnifiques nous en sommes vraiment tombé amoureux. Quant au prix de la location je le trouve plus que correct au vu de l'emplacement, de la vue et de l'équipement. N'hésitez pas ... et je suis sûr que comme moi vous y retournerai. Pol Belgique Namur.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock einer terassenförmig angelegten Appartementsiedlung. Es gibt einen Wohnessbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und TV mit zahlreichen Sendern in unterschiedlichsten Sprachen . WLAN ist stabil und schnell. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist etwas schmal. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit auf das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich auszuweichen. Alle Räume haben phantastischen Meerblick. Auf der riesigen Terrasse hatten wir zu dieser Zeit von 7.30 Uhr bis 15 Uhr Sonne. Jeden Morgen kann man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer genießen. Bis zum Strand sind es ungefähr 700 Meter zu Fuß. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief per Mail und war immer angenehm und zuverlässig. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.
