Ubicado en el mundialmente famoso surf surf de Zipper's y La Roca en Costa Azul, este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños está recién pintado y reformado con todas las comodidades y servicios del hogar. Electrodomésticos nuevos, parrilla de carbón, WiFi, 2 televisores con Amazon Firesticks y 1 televisor con reproductor de DVD. La ubicación de la unidad final de la planta baja con un gran patio y área de comedor al aire libre ofrece una hermosa vista de la piscina y 3 bañeras de hidromasaje, así como una magnífica vista al mar. A pasos del acceso a la playa y 3 saltos de surf de clase mundial. ¡El beneficio de la unidad final significa que no hay tráfico peatonal o actividad que haga que esta unidad sea muy privada!

El condominio está ubicado a 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Los Cabos (SJD), a 10 minutos del pintoresco y encantador casco antiguo de San José del Cabo, y a 25 minutos del centro de Cabo San Lucas.

Más de 150 restaurantes en las inmediaciones (incluyendo Zippers justo al lado, District Eat + Drink y La Marea al otro lado de la carretera). Great time at Las Olas!

Stayed here with another couple and had a great time. Perfect location to walk beach. Watched surfers each day. Description very accurate and ground floor was awesome for walkout to pool and patio. Would book again!

A beautiful quiet spot right off the highway in San Jose. The place is a bit dated, the rooms are very dark with odd lighting. But the intention is to spend most of your time outdoors, the pool and the beach are lovely.

A relaxing vacation

Las olas

This is a great home base location to explore Los Cabos. We had some great meals in San Jose, fun times spearfishing in Cabo San Lucas, and fun surfing the pacific the east cape and right in front. This was our second stay at las olas. The ground floor is a convenient walk out to the pool and beach and is isolated from the road noise.

Great location, ground floor right off pool and patio. Property management and staff very accessible and responsive. We’ve stayed at Las Olas several times before and this unit is our favorite. We usually come in June or July. August is very hot and humid however. AC running 24/7 and power went out several times. Overall a great trip!

Spacious and inviting

The property is easy to find and convenient to San Jose del Cabo. Great views of the ocean and on the main floor, so easy access to the beach and pool. Comfortable furnishings. The property manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Would stay here again.

We truly loved our stay in Las Olas. The condo was the best stocked condo we've ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Perfect for our family of 5. Loved our mornings by the ocean. Saw whales and loved our beach time. Great place and great vacay.

Great location!

The condo accommodated all of our group's needs perfectly. Three of us were surfing, so the location on the bottom floor made it great to just grab a board and go. The condo was well appointed with supplies and very comfortable. There was a restaurant within walking distance just down the beach on the sand, it was perfect. There was a grocery store near by that was also convenient to stock up on supplies. We had a great time. A couple guys in our group stepped on sea urchins, be very careful if you're going in the water. There was a clinic nearby and my friend was able to take her son to some care. It still didn't damper the trip, will come again.

Great location, comfortable unit, very attentive property manager as well as on-site security staff. The setting is close to the beach and yet has a private feel. I wholeheartedly recommend Las Olas.

This is a perfect property!! My family and I LOVED this condo. My husband and son walked straight out to surf daily... surf board rental a short walk down the beach. We walked to 7 Seas and Zippers Bar and Grill for a few meals. We shopped at nearby grocery store and enjoyed many meals in the condo at the beautiful dining room table watching the waves just outside the patio doors. Can't imagine a better location or condo ANYWHERE. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property with us. The communication was IMMEDIATE. Literally minutes after texting with a minor concern I had a response and a solution. The employees at the condo are all super friendly and helpful. We felt totally secure. You will NOT be sorry if you stay here.

Exceeded Expectations

This place was perfect for our family. Easy access to the pool and steps to the beach. There was always some great and not so great surfing to watch while relaxing by the pool. The sunrises in the morning were incredible. The owners were always very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend the condo.

Great time and Perfect Weather

This is a really spacious unit and being on the first floor is so great. Big patio and you can just walk right out to the pool. One of the things that makes this unit quite possibly the best unit in LasOlas is that because of its location you do not hear road noise like almost all of the other units in the complex.

We are 5 friends from San Diego, California who have been coming to Cabo for years. The men in our group are avid surfers and discovered Las Olas years ago because of it being right in front of the best surf break in Cabo. We are thrilled to be owners of the best unit in the complex, due to it's ground floor location right by the pool and beach. We look forward to hosting you and helping you to also fall in love with this beautiful, relaxing retreat.
