プール、プライベートホットタブ、エレベーター付きのオーシャンフロントバケーションホーム。 素晴らしいオーシャンビュー！

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Our apologies for the dishwasher not working part of your stay. We make every attempt to get repairs done as quickly as possible, but sometimes waiting for parts to be delivered is out of our control. We wish you had told us about the umbrella pole during your stay. We would have taken care of that right way.

We try and provide the best experience to our guests and appreciate your feedback so that we can correct any issues that arise. While the HOA at Surfside Villas prohibits guests from bringing pets, owners of the units are allowed to stay at their own house with their pets. This was the case, where that owner of that unit was staying with her friends. We did speak to her regarding smoking on the deck and the smoke drifting in your direction, but that was all we could do. We took note of your suggestion and will be organizing the kitchen better during the off season and putting labels where everything should be. The kitchen starts off organized in the beginning but as the season progresses it becomes somewhat disorganized, We hope putting labels where things should be will help. We spoke to the cleaners and had the oven cleaned and asked them to keep on top of that regularly. And we will replace the ceiling fan during the off season to ensure it remains balanced.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We always ask our guests to let us know of any issues during their stay so we can remedy them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the ant issue and only upon inspection after your departure did we become aware. We do have the house treated quarterly. We would have addressed this immediately and taken corrective action if we were notified. The house has been treated again with no further concerns from guests. We appreciate your husband unjamming the disposal, but we would have preferred if you had called us first out of saftey concerns. We would have been right down to take care of it.
