APARTMENT WITH BEAUTIFUL GARDEN OVERLOOKING DIRECTLY ON THE LAKE

Our apartment is situated in Lezzeno, a charming little village lying on the quiet shores of Lake Como, a fascinating place with unique natural features. It is 6 km away from Bellagio, world famous touristic resort, and 21 km away from Como.
From Lezzeno, thanks to its special position, it is possible to organize various excursions and visits to the main touristic attractions of the area, among which the wonderful villas and historic dwelling places like Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello
Our apartment is in a truly happy position, situated on the lake with direct access to the beach underneath
It has an private and equipped garden which overlooks the lake, as well, ideal to spend pleasing days in complete relaxation.
It measures 55 square metres, it has been recently renovated and provided with all modern conveniences
it has a big bedroom with a double bed and a single one.
the kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a table for four people.
the new living area includes 2 sofa, 1 of which is a sofa bed cm. 180x200 very easy to use, a large televison, a closet where to arrange the belongings of the people sleeping in the living room, and 1 desk.
2 bathrooms with a big shower, washbasin with mirror, bidet and washing machine.
Independent heating sistem
The apartment has got a reserved parking place close to the apartment and we offer free the possibiity to recover bycicles or small objects.
Nearby there are all kinds of shops (groceries, tobaccos, newsagent’s, housewares, bank and chemist’s), for every need. Also restaurants, bars and pizzerias are within walking distance.

The bus stop is 50 metres away, very practical to get around with to visit the nearby villages. Only 300 metres away there is the pier to move around by boat or fast boat.
Starting from April 1st, 2018 the Municipality of Lezzeno established a Tourism Tax. This tax amounts to Euro 1 per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and needs to be paid cash at your arrival.

We had the most wonderful stay at Mina's place in Lezzeno. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We loved being right on the lake and enjoying the spectacular views. We would recommend to anyone and will return.

Mina and Patti’s little house on the lake is lovely - spacious and incredibly well equipped, the location is amazing with gorgeous lake views from the terrace. Mina was such a helpful and kind host. Thoroughly recommend this as a stay.

It’s a perfect location with the lake right in front of us. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and transportation to get to where we wanted to go. There’s also great hiking along the Royal Road. Our host, Mini, was very helpful and answered any questions we had. The place is well-equipped with appliances. Highly recommended!

It is nearly perfect. Just need to be aware that there is a very steep,long hill to reach the street, but once at the street everything is within walking distance, grocery great restaurants and even a boat rental(well worth the trip)

Wonderful and Charming

Our stay could not have been any better. Ansoluetly beautiful and charming. We didn’t want to go anywhere else, but there. You could not get any closer to the lake without getting in it. Mina was fantastic. We will be back.

Peaceful and stunning

Mina's place is absolutely perfect for rest and relaxation. The views of the lake are stunning and it is so quiet and restful. It is right on the shore of Lake Como, with its own access to swim in the lake.Mina has thought of everything, inside and out. Choice of sunloungers and chairs, everything you need to cater for yourself - believe me, you will not want to leave.The apartment is so cool, even in 30 plus temperatures we did not need to use the fans thoughtfully provided.

Fantastic Lake Como lakefront property

We really enjoyed the town of Lezzeno, and adjacent towns of Nesso and Bellagio. Property was convenient to grocery stores, butcher, bakery, ferry access, and several great restaurants. Mina was a great host.

Beautiful Lezzeno Apartment

Great apartment right on the lake, very well maintained and well kept, in a perfect area for seeing Vearenna, Bellagio and Tremezzo. Also there are two restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely tell friends and family to utilize this property.

Apartment was immaculate, modern and beautifully decorated. Pictures are accurate, however, it felt larger in person; which was a pleasant surprise. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. AMAZING views! Comfortable bed and very quiet location. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace while listening to the lapping waves below on the comfortable lounge chairs. We also took some chairs down to the private beach below for our morning coffee. Private parking space was convenient for our rental car. Mina was a gracious host and very responsive. Lezzeno is a charming little village and only a short, 15min drive to Bellagio and the main ferry, but there is also a ferry (shorter hours) in Lezzeno. We rented a self-drive boat for a couple hours from Hotel Villa Aurora, just a few minutes up the road, for a great price. They also have a wonderful restaurant with a view (check opening hours). Overall a fabulous stay and highly recommend! We will definitely return, should we visit Lake Como again.

The location is amazing, with stunning scenery all around. The house could not be nearer the lake, with our own access to the water.The presentation of the house is excellent, exceptionally clean, and included everything to make our stay comfortable.We did not need to use our car, as there are local shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The bus stop for both directions is just at the end of the driveway, and the local boat service is also a short walk away.Finally Mina is a perfect host, so warm and welcoming. Mina responded to all our questions immediately and was so helpful.

Wonderful Place to See Lake Como

The property was absolutely amazing. Private courtyard right on the water. Great views from the kitchen and den area. Quiet neighborhood a 15-20 minute bus ride from Bellagio. Local grocery and butcher if you want to cook for yourself in the well equipped kitchen. Also a quaint restaurant in the local hotel a short walk away. The host was wonderful as well. Very hospitable and eager to make my stay a great one. I can't wait to get back!

Wonderful lakeside terrace

A great property with a fabulous private garden/terrace opening right on to the lake. Very well equipped kitchen with comfortable furniture inside and out, allowing us to relax and eat many meals on the terrace. Mina and Patricia were great hosts - very easy to contact, and very attentive. Lake Como is a wonderful place to explore. We would hope to return.

On the lake

We had 3 wonderful weeks in this clean and neat apartment right on the waters edge. Very peaceful to watch the ducks and swans on the lake as well as all the other human activity. The appartment is well situated on the bus route between Como and Bellagio and our hosts were super friendly and helpful. It has everything you could need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Stay on the Lake

Hosts were wonderfull. They greeted us upon arrival. The apartment has everything you needed. I could have just stayed at the apartment all day. The view is extremely beautiful. It is located between Como and Bellagio. If I could I'd rate the a 5+++++ Grazie Mille, Patty & Mina Hope to return one day.

A fantastic waterfront apartment.

This is an awesome location. It has a great waterfront garden to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or glass of wine. The bus stop is just at the top of the short road leading to the house and the boat stop in about a 8 minute walk. There is a place to park your car. The house is down a steep hill so if you are unable to walk up hills this may prove difficult. (So will all of Lake Como since there are a lot of hills and stairs!)

The property was as stated. It is very clean and comfortable . The location has an incredible view of Lake Como. There is a steep walk up to the main street. The bus line was right there. The bus was a short ride to Bellagio. Also two small grocery stores are nearby. We found a great breakfast spot. We also rented a boat that is a short walking distance from the property and was a perfect way to enjoy Lake Como. We ended our evening enjoying the incredible views with a glass of wine. Perfect getaway. I do recommend if you dont have a car to set up your transfers ahead of time. The bus will also get you to and from Como.

Great, clean apartment right on Lake, amazing lake/mountain views!

Very nice, clean apartment with fantastic garden area right on the lake! Wonderful sitting in garden overlooking the lake and at night hearing the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. Bus stop immediately above house, very nice butcher shop and small market steps away. Steep but kind of fun driveway, dropping down to lake-front level from main road, easy parking right outside apartment. We didn't use car at all during stay. Walked to Lezzeno Rent a Boat for a great power boat rental (3 hrs, saw LOTS of cool estates, gardens, and Bellagio from lake), took bus from just above house into Bellagio and back for shopping (NO parking hassles using bus, drops you right in heart of Bellagio). High speed hydrofoil ferry dock also close. I could go on and on; Thank You Mina for l letting us stay with you!!

Stunning View of the Lake

Many positives about this property! Stunning views of Lake Como, relaxing patio area with table/chairs and lounge chairs. Inside area has a lovely kitchen area with everything needed to make meals/ eat in if you choose, and a perfect, comfortable living room to relax in with a large TV and 2 comfortable couches. Snacks were provided upon our arrival as well! Bathroom has a shower, sink & bidet- washing machine is in the bathroom so it makes it a bit more “tight” but still workable. Plenty of storage space at the sink area. Shampoo/ Body wash and soap for washing machine / dishwasher was all provided and very much appreciated! Bedroom was a nice size with plenty of storage however we did feel the mattress was rather uncomfortable.(might need to be replaced) Please note this property is located by going down/up a very steep driveway- it could be difficult for some people to navigate. Our hosts were lovely and friendly and Mina took time to personally explain everything related to the property to us. Thank you ladies for an enjoyable, relaxing stay!

Our six day stay at La Casa Di Roseetta marked our eighth visit to places on Lake Como.It had our most picturesque views and proximity to the lake of all the places we have rented. Mina, our host ,was always extremely responsive to our emails and texts.She was very pleasant and helpful when we had questions and we enjoyed our conversations with her. Pictures can't begin to capture the beauty of the views from both inside and out on the patio. The apartment was well supplied, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both kitchen and bathroom are modern. The TV and Wi-Fi were both above average.We appreciated the comfortable bed and the extremely quiet evenings. The hot water heating provided constant temperatures and was easily adjusted. Fortunately, bus service is very convenient and stops at the top of the steep driveway. Walking along the narrow street is dangerous due to the lack of sidewalks in most places.There are stores and coffee bars located near the apartment but parking is limited. This is an apartment where it is easy just to stay home and enjoy the views.

Wonderful Stay!

Our time in Mina & Patrizia’s beautiful Lake Como apartment was wonderful! Mina was a delightful host – from her gracious replies to my many questions leading up to the trip to her kindness once we arrived, she treated us like friends instead renters. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed to ship a few items to her home ahead of the trip (above the apartment), and she was helpful with questions re: restaurant recommendations, etc. We always know how much we love a rental by how quickly we begin to refer to it as “home.” And with Mina’s apartment, it was almost immediate. Its situation on a quiet, picturesque part of the lake was perfect for us. We loved the peacefulness of the garden, and it was a treat to hear the waves lapping on the shore of the small beach below. We loved staying in a quiet community where locals live and yet we could easily take a quick ferry ride to Bellagio or walk 5-10 minutes to several wonderful restaurants nearby (Helvetia Restaurant, Ristorante Aurora and Ristorante Filo). The apartment itself is beautiful with a view of the garden & lake from the kitchen and living room, two bathrooms including a washing machine and ample closet storage in the bedroom. Truly the only negative was the bed which we both found a bit uncomfortable. However, neither of us is a great sleeper, so that should be taken with a grain of salt. We both agree that if return to Lake Como, we would love to stay with Mina & Patrizia again. Grazie mille!
