Furnished, located in an old barn renovated in the country house style, early 20th century, at the door of the national forest Mervent-Vouvant. This house is located in a large park of 1ha,
it is composed of a beautiful kitchen arranged around the bread oven in good condition, a living room of about 40m2, 2 bedrooms on the red floor + WC + bathroom - 1 bedroom upstairs + bathroom communicating water + wc on the landing.
Provide tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night for adults over 18 years old.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables. Propre, silencieux, magnifique ! Que dire de plus ?! Une jolie attention de la part des propriétaires à notre arrivée. La literie est top ! Le jardin très bien entretenu. J'ai vraiment adoré ce séjour et je le recommande à 1000% !

Séjour fin oct 21 Excellent accueil des propriétaires ! Le logement est extrêmement bien fait et bien équipé. Tres confortable. L'emplacement est central sur la route qui va à Fontenay le comte. 1H du puy du Fou, 1H des sables d'Olonne et 30mn du marais poitevin.

Séjour en Vendée

le Vieux Chêne à Bourneau est idéal pour rayonner en Vendée et le logement est agréable, beau, spacieux, bien agencé et très propre, les hôtes sont fort aimables et plein de bonne humeur, je conseille fortement ce gîte pour tout voyageur désireux d'un séjour de qualité, à notre prochain passage en Vendée, trop contents, nous reprendrons le Vieux Chêne à Bourneau.
