This cottage in the heart of a small village in the countryside offers a quiet stay with family or friends.<br> Located in the heart of the South Vendée, it will allow you to discover the historical heritage of the region. You can also recharge your batteries in the heart of the Green Venice (10 min), the Mervent forest massif (15 min) and its lake where you can enjoy the Vendée beaches. You will be ideally located 1h05 from the Puy du Fou and the Futuroscope. The nautical area of Chassenon is only 4km from the cottage.<br><br>The house is on one level and its land is fully enclosed. The cottage is close to all shops: (5 min from the village of Rive d' Autise for daily shopping and 7 min from Fontenay le Comte for all shops).<br>The house is bright, simple but comfortable. It has been completely renovated by us. The large living room allows the whole family a friendly stay. A wood fire in the fireplace is possible during winter evenings. The house has 4 bedrooms for 2 people each. All the equipment for babies is at your disposal. There are 2 shower rooms, the largest with a toilet and a 2nd separate toilet. You will have access to the whole house and its outdoor space of 500m2. Vehicles can park on either side of the house. We can leave you a space in our garage to store your bikes. All linen is included in the rental and the beds will be made on your arrival. <br>In the kitchen you will find a filter coffee maker and a coffee machine with Tassimo pods, as well as all the equipment to cook for 8 people.<br>The enclosed exterior with its 2 terraces will allow you to enjoy long summer evenings, you can enjoy 2 outdoor tables and a barbecue. A play area is available for children. Pets are welcome, you will only be careful not to leave any trace of their passage. A deposit of €150 per pet is required on arrival and will be returned on departure after inventory. <br>Electricity is included on the basis of 15KW/day, which corresponds to a current use of the accommodation. The supplement will be paid on the basis of the tariff in force at the end of the stay after metre reading.<br>An additional charge of 20KW/day for heating is included in the rental. The supplement will be paid on the basis of the rate in force at the end of the stay after reading the metre. <br>Several charging stations for electric cars are available in Fontenay le Comte.<br>The cottage is located on our property and we are present most of the time to welcome you and answer all your questions but we will remain discreet for your comfort. The arrival time is flexible from 4pm but you will find a secure key box to allow you to settle in at a late hour or if we are away.<br>The departure time is also flexible but only if the cottage is not rented the same evening (we are committed to offering it ready and clean).<br>
