This property is perfect for a holiday with family or friends and for a business trip. Have everything that you need for a comfortable stay for relaxation and work. You will definitely feel in this apartment as in your own home as its have absolutely everything that you can think about. Swimming pool and gym with umbrellas and sunbeds located on the 7th floor. Few minutes by walk to the beach. Private parking a few seconds near the elevator. Laundry and cleaning services are just a phone call away as we have our own cleaning company. Shopping is available everywhere on the corniche and around. Fish & vegetable market with fresh fish and seafood just in10 minutes drive on the creek. A lot of water and other sports activities around. Emirate of Ajman is located in the middle of UAE, close to all other Emirates. Definitely the best building in Ajman on the corniche and closest to the beach. A lot of clubs, restaurants, cafeterias around which you can visit or just simply order from the application. Ajman is my favorite Emirate and this apartment is my favorite too amongst all other properties owned by me. I love it and I am sure you will love it too ))
