Michael and his/her fellow Canadian guests were great. They communicated well and were low key and no issues at all - I met them briefly, very friendly and happy to be here., the house was in good condition when they left. Can't ask for more as we know the whole point is for them is to have a hassle free stay and enjoy Sedona! I would recommend them to other Hosts!

This house was the perfect place to stay. It was close to everything, it was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and very clean. It has been one of the best VRBO's that I have stayed at!

We loved the views of the red rock formations on the street where house was located. It was easy to find and had many comforts including the hot tub. It was convenient to Sedona both walking and driving. Highly recommend it for any Sedona vacation.
Fantastic property and very responsive owners! We had a great stay in Sedona. The house was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Location is also fantastic. Would highly recommend!
House was in a fabulous location . Two hiking paths within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and the view from the house amazing . House was roomy and very clean .
Tim & Julie were so helpful and very responsive in all our communications. They provided lots of local information for visitors and have a beautiful home. Would highly recommend!
Check in was super easy, with timely communication with the owner. Home was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed proximity to hiking and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Check out process smooth as well- would definitely stay again!
We had a great time staying here on our girls trip! We all (3 of us) loved having our own rooms and we all thought our beds were comfortable. The house was clean and stayed very cool inside even though it got above 100° during the day. Would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Sedona!
My SedonaGold was a great home base for our girls' weekend! The location is close to everything and it's in a nice neighborhood. Tim and Julie were so organized with communication that it made it stay so easy! demeritfriendly

Lovely home, even nicer than expected. We had three cars so one had to park on the street but that was no problem. We had everything we needed for a four night stay. Quiet location. We spent our days exploring the area and hiking. The large mattress in the bunk bed room could use replacing. Our only hassle was with VRBO’s web site.
The property and location are PERFECT. We (two friends) found the house to exceed our expectations. Large space, everything you could want/need for a getaway. Comfortable and well-appointed. Location is incredible. Easy drive to all the Sedona experiences but off the beaten track to appreciate the beauty and quiet. Used hot tub, yard, walked the neighborhood all wonderful. Would without question stay here again. Owners exceptional easy to work with and responsive. Had a TV issue and owner was immedate to address! Greatful we found this home!!!
If you're looking for a great place in Sedona, we highly recommend this one. The home is immaculate, well-appointed, and so well-suited to the needs of visitors. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, the neighborhood feels safe and attractive, and the access to all that Sedona has to offer is easy (you will need a car). We owned a very nice condo that we rented through VRBO, and we appreciate all that Tim and Julie have done to make our stay - and yours - wonderful!

Thank You, Dennis... glad you had a good comfortable time. Julie and I like nice stuff & great accommodations when we travel (and we travel a lot globally) so we shoot for that high bar also for our guests in our place.
Come see us again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in Sedona, and enjoyed the cool evenings, the comfy accomodations and the quiet neighborhood! As a bonus, we were just blocks away from a brand new playground at Posse park and several trailheads (this seems like not a big deal, but is because there is little to no parking at the trailheads themselves)! Grocery stores and restaurants were 5 minutes from the house and easy to access! The house was well appointed and the rooms comfrtably arranged for our family of 6! And enough couch space for everyone! Thanks for a greta stay!
We had a great time at this beautiful home in Sedona. House was big enough for our family of 4 and had room for more. The house is well equipped although we couldn't find the remote for the DVD player. House is in a great (and quiet) neighborhood within walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants. Hot tub was nice to relax in in the evening. Unfortunately due to fires, the National Parks were all closed but we found other options to keep us busy.

We absolutely loved our stay at My Sedona Gold. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make several meals comfortably. The back yard is lovely and we really enjoyed using the hot tub after days of sight seeing and hiking. Tim responded immediately to any questions we had which was really nice.
The location of this house is really great. Nestled under the "Coffee Pot" the neighborhood was beautiful to walk through with stunning views. The house is a 10 min walk to the Sugarloaf trail head which has limited parking so it was nice not to have to worry about the car. Being in West Sedona is nice too with a Safeway and plenty of food options nearby but a 5 minute drive to Sedona proper.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day soon.

About the host
Hosted by Tim Fraser & Julie Valentin
Hi — we're Tim Fraser and Julie Valentin, your hosts.
We live near Sedona on a property we love. After decades in our respective careers — Tim with 45 years in IT and technology leadership at companies like Nokia, Equifax, and Ernst & Young; Julie with 20+ years guiding people through transformative life work — we've built our life here in the Verde Valley around two passions: helping people grow, and welcoming guests to this remarkable corner of Arizona.
Sedona drew us in years ago, and the more time we spent here, the more we wanted to share it. Both properties — Sedona Gold in West Sedona and Green Acres/Wisdom Spirit Ranch II, in nearby Cornville — reflect the kind of stay we'd want for ourselves and our families: well-maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and located so you can spend less time driving and more time experiencing what makes this place special.
We're hands-on hosts. Quick to respond, attentive to the details, and happy to share local recommendations — from our favorite trail at sunrise to the wineries we send friends to. If you have questions before booking or during your stay, reach out anytime. We'll take care of you.
Welcome to Sedona. We're glad you're here.
— Tim & Julie
Why they chose this property
We chose My Sedona Gold for the location. West Sedona puts you within walking distance of Sugarloaf Trail and a short drive from every major Sedona landmark — Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Tlaquepaque, Uptown — without the noise and traffic of being right in the tourist center. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and walkable, which most Sedona rentals can't offer.
We bought this home in 2019 and have continuously invested in keeping it a place people want to come back to. The hundreds of five-star reviews aren't an accident — they reflect years of hands-on care, thoughtful upgrades, and treating each booking like it matters. Because it does.
What makes this property unique
