This quaint home is within walking distance to everything downtown has to offer!

Just imagine relaxing on the back deck with a hot cup of coffee and then heading out for a day of adventure on the complimentary cruiser bikes! Enjoy convenient access to both the Civic Center Trail or Big Thompson Trail – two local bike paths, perfect for site-seeing and exploring the city. Or head Downtown for an afternoon of brewery hopping and shopping. Then rejuvenate yourself by taking a hot shower and sinking into bed after a day of touring the Historic Downtown area.

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

PARKING: Free designated parking available on-site as well as free street side parking (please do not park in front of the fire hydrant).

LOCATION: This home is within walking distance to Downtown Loveland where you can find shopping, dining and entertainment options. It is also located near the Civic Center Park, Foote Lagoon and the Chilson Recreation Center. Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park and Old Town Fort Collins are all great day trip opportunities!

The house was just as explained. Very Clean and Comfortable. It was so convenient to downtown for restaurants, which is so nice that you did not have to drive anywhere to get food.There was a lot of construction in the area, but that is not the fault of the renters, it was still easy enough to get around.Would definitely stay there again.And the response time from the renters was amazing! All questions were answered in minutes!! Thanks!!

We totally enjoyed hanging out together downstairs with the fireplace going and plenty of space. Kichen is spacious and well stocked. Handy to Fort Collins and to beautiful Ellis Ranch in Loveland, where we attended a family wedding. The Mishawaka is also an easy drive away

Plenty of room and very clean

Our family of 4 stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was incredibly clean, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions in downtown Loveland. We've stayed a lot of places and this little quaint little house was one of our very favorites. We had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay and management was very easy to reach and it was fixed quickly. The kitchen was stocked well and thankfully, there was a washer and dryer in the basement. I would highly recommend staying here and if we're ever coming back, we'll definitely be booking again.

Perfect Pad

This place was perfect for two adult couples with enough space to spread out and have privacy. The house was well equipped, very clean and the side yard with bbq and fire pit expanded the space beautifully. The house is in walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and the bike path. We would definitely stay here again.
