Mainly for Extended families, the main floor features a large open plan with kitchen/living/dining area opening on a 2-level deck overlooking the lagoon. The first floor has a full bathroom and a playroom to delight the kids! The second floor features 6 bedrooms and 2 brand new bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony. Situated in a residential dead-end in the desirable Normandy Beach neighborhood, you will have access to an immaculate beach.

Great location on water towards bayside of island. House was clean and up to date. Provided everything necessary for an ideal beach vacation (chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach passes, bikes, etc). Owner was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend and like to rent again

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at L'Apero. The home is very spacious, clean and family friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra refrigerator in the garage was a plus. The back deck was amazing. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets while grilling and having dinner. It was fabulous to have paddle boards, bikes, wagons, beach toys, umbrellas etc for our use. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and we appreciated the lovely welcome card and gift. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants a huge plus. So many beautiful memories for our week at L'Apero. We look forward to our next stay.

Fantastic beach rental

Everything about this home was spectacular. Home is immaculate and spacious. The outdoor space is incredible. We experienced beautiful sunsets and had dinner outside every night, kitchen has every imaginable amenity and house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a wonderful week at the beach. Quiet family neighborhood. Home owners very responsive and helpful.

Great week! Great house! Great friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Stayed with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the backyard with paddle boards and a kayak and the kids loved using the crab traps. Enjoyed all of our meals on the back deck. Plenty of seating for everyone to eat together. House was very clean and well equipped. Short walk to the beach. Great sunsets! Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect for extended family

This house was absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. Pride of ownership was evident. Every room was spotless and everything we needed was available. The play room was a great asset. The children spent a lot of time there and loved it.
