We are a family of 10 and Villa Colina filled all our needs. Kitchen has all that you need to cater for a large group with a lovely outside seating area. Pool area is good with an added bonus of an outside toilet and shade if needed. WI-FI was not working but a solution was quickly organised. Lovely views in a very quiet area, as Villa Colina is on a hill there are multiple stairs to different levels. We would not hesitate to return.

3 bedroom not 5 bedroom property

This property has a striking exterior with gorgeous views and a lovely pool. We were warmly met by a friendly property manager. The negatives unfortunately were quite significant. Our main outstanding issue were the two bedrooms in the basement very much needed for our seven person party. The smell of mould hit us strongly. Mould was growing inside the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms and around the door in the hallway. Two of our family members have respiratory conditions COPD and asthma and even if we could somehow manage to sleep in this dank, mouldy environment for health reasons for these two it would actually pose a risk to their health. We had specifically booked a villa with 5 bedrooms to ensure there was enough space for us all.. With two bedrooms out of the equation we had to uncomfortably share the remaining 3 between us. The owner denied the issue claiming it was "condensation" and citing no previous complaints. We requested compensation to cover the two unused rooms. The owner denied there was an issue and refused our request. Very disappointing.

En famille, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très agréable et charmante villa, au calme absolu, sans vis à vis, avec une vue mer et sur la pinède époustouflante ! Avec son appartement au 2e niveau (salon, cuisine, 2 chambres, sdb) elle est idéale pour 2 familles ou 2 couples d'amis. Nous avons tous bien profité de la magnifique piscine (entretenue 2 fois par semaine) et sa terrasse ombragée. Cette maison est un petit paradis que nous avons apprécié sans réserves ! La région est vivante, les plages variées et magnifiques. Nous recommandons et reviendrons très certainement.

Estancia satisfactoria

Fue una estancia bastante tranquila y cómoda, un poco lejos de todo, es necesario tener coche si no quieres andar 40 minutos todos los días para llegar a cualquier sitio, había sartenes sucias y ollas sucias cuando llegamos, pero esto seguramente se deba a que los anteriores inquilinos no limpiaron todo antes de guardarlo, por lo demás todo perfecto. La encargada de la entrada y salida es muy maja y nos ayudó con todo lo que pudo. La valoración seria de 4.5 pero no se puede poner.
