The overall experience was very good, the communication between us and Emmanuel was excellent he was quick to respond with everything. The pool was great was a godsend with the heat being so hot, it has lots of out door games. I was quite disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the villa as it needed it during the 10 days we was there it never went below 30 degrees. You definitely need a car to get to anywhere (the hill up to the villa was nearly vertical) we thought getting taxis would be ok but it was costing more than 70 euros for 6 of us to go to la arenal beach. If you decide to get a hire car try Victoria cars they were fantastic. There is nothing really around you. The amenities throughout the villa were superb!

This was our second visit. It really is a very comfortable villa for a large group. Everything is provided (even insect repellent plug ins , which I only discovered on our check out day). Plenty of crockery, glasses etc and good quality shower soaps and shampoo in every bathroom. There are plenty of inflatables etc. for the pool. Emmanuel is very prompt to respond to any contact and Martine is friendly. Negotiating the parking can be a little tricky with large (unfamiliar) rental cars. On this occasion, we found the bedrooms quite hot even with the fans. However in all other respects we loved the accommodation and were very comfortable. Merci beaucoup.

A brilliant place to stay with everything you need and more.

A wonderful villa in a peaceful location with stunning views. Everything you would need for a great stay with a young family, who especially loved the brilliant pool. Clear and simple check in process and brilliant communication throughout with the owner.

Excellent stay!

We had an excellent stay in this beautifull house! It included everything we needed, even the sun lotion, shower gels and tissues etc were available. Very convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen near the barbecue area. And the kids enjoyed themselves in the Pool.

Great house for relaxing family holiday

Nice, spacious and well looked-after property, ideal for our group of 2 families, 4 adults and 6 children between 9 and 17. Good-sized pool, plenty of outdoor space, including outdoor cooking space. Communication with the, very kind, owners was excellent both before and during our stay. House is close to big supermarket, nice beaches, golfcourses, padel/tennis courts and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Thoroughly recommended if you want a relaxing holiday!

A wonderful villa

Fantastic escape for a week to this amazing villa. Everything was better than we could have hoped for and the interaction with the owner was a lovely experience making everything so easy and relaxed. Large grounds with ample areas to find space is particularly impressive and the comfort and equipment found in the Villa is first class. We will be back!

Outstanding.

Simply put as the title says outstanding! Third time at Emmanuel’s Villa and zero complaints, host is extremely accommodating and Martine is great although I cannot speak French and she cannot speak English we make it work. Well equipped with high quality fixtures and furnishings I literally cannot fault it at all. Will try and get back this year due to cutting our visit short but if not 100% next year we’ll be back.

A house from paradise!

We were 10 people staying in this big 5-bedroom house with parking space for 3 cars, a big garden and a big pool in a very beautiful place. Outdoors everything was well-kept with lots of flowers, bushes and trees. Indoors everything was tip-top clean, kitchen included all necessary equipment and tableware. The pre-information package of the house we got was very detailed and covered all our questions.

WHAT A MAGNIFICENT VILLA!We spent a very happy week with our family of 8 adults- spanning the ages of 51-19.The villa itself is very well equipped and beautifully designed for comfort and fun.There was even sun creams, bathroom smellies, dishwasher tablets, pool inflatables, a washing line, many, many board games, a wireless speaker which was fab for the pool area… play so much more! THE POOL and the VIEW steal the show!The hosts were very informative and a complete pleasure to deal with.The area is very central to access LOTS of beaches and coves, a huge selection of supermarkets and the recycling/household waste drop off is very local.The very steep hills make it a rental car only option. So we drove to beautiful locations for our daily walks.

We had a fantastic two-week holiday staying at this beautiful villa. Located in a peaceful and scenic area, the house was the perfect getaway for our family. It was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.One of the highlights was the good-sized swimming pool – perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy throughout the day. We spent hours swimming, lounging by the water, and making the most of the sunny weather.The outdoor space was ideal for family meals and quiet evenings, and the surroundings offered a great mix of privacy and easy access to nearby attractions.The check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.We truly felt at home and were sad to leave at the end of our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful family retreat with a great pool in a lovely setting, this villa is a fantastic choice. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again!

What an absolutely beautiful hidden gem of a villa. A little tempted not to post so that we can visit anytime!! However, the location and contact with the Landlord and their representative was smooth. No issues and no language barrier. The property itself had all the items we needed for our stay and more. We even left a few items ourselves for t hose coming in the future. It was very easy to locate with the directions from the owner and the local stores were easily accessible. The villa was clean and well kept and the utilities all worked fantastically. We can not fault the villa in any way and would highly recommend to anyone else planning a visit. We will definitely be staying there again in the not too distant future. Thank you to the owners and their team for a fantastic holiday. Just a shame it was not for longer. x

A lovely villa , very well equipped

Beautiful views. Good privacy for different guests as it is spread over 2 floors. ( We hadn't realised however that there is no internal staircase, so a consideration for families) Plenty of space inside and out and the pool was lovely ,though I found the top step a little steep for getting in, as there no rail .It was a lovely temperature with plenty of sunbeds around it so again, you don't feel on top of each other. Plus there is provision for sun and shade lovers alike. Many children's pool toys etc and beach chairs if required. Parking is a little tricky, though fine, as there is a narrow gateway and cars have to park one behind the other. The Mercadona supermarket was excellent. To be honest, we hardly left the grounds as it was all so enticing. The bathroom facilities are very modern and excellent. The kitchen equipment provided is extensive and everything is good quality. Communication with the owner is very detailed and responsive, and Martine, the housekeeper was helpful and friendly. The ceiling fan in the living room was out of action but we rarely spent time inside and there was a free standing fan. The bedroom fans worked well as did the mosquito grills. We made a lot of use of the gas plancha for cooking and the main kitchen upstairs had everything needed. We didn't use the TVs as there didn't seem to be any English channels available but WiFi worked fine for all the devices we had. Hot water was plentiful. We would happily stay there again if in the area.

Fuimos una familia de 10 personas entre adultos y menores. Desde el momento de la reserva, la comunicación con la propiedad fue excelente y nos resolvieron con paciencia lo que fuera. Una vez allí nos sorprendimos de las comodidades de la casa, que prácticamente eran como dos casas independientes. Todo equipado sin echar en falta nada. Toallas, sabanas, gel y champú, sombrillas de playa, tumbonas plegables para usar, hinchables... la piscina es muy grande y la temperatura del agua perfecta, un gustazo. La barbacoa perfecta para cocinar, mesas de ping pong, juegos, libros para leer... no hay que llevarse absolutamente nada. entre la zona interior y la exterior se pueden estacionar hasta 6 coches. La casa estaba a dos minutos en coche de supermercados (mercadona) y era imprescindible coger el coche. La urbanización donde se encontraba la vivienda estaba genial y cerca había calas muy buenas. En general la zona esta muy bien para visitar varias playas y lugares. También esta cerca Moraira que merece la pena visitar. En resumen, muy agradecidos con el trato de Martina y Emmanuel y con la casa en general. Probablemente volvamos.

La maison était vraiment génial. Très spacieux, chacun y trouve sa place: adulte, ados, enfants... La piscine était nickel. Tout est prévu dans cette maison pour s'y sentir chez soi. Parapluie, bougie, jeux de société... Même produit pour lessives et jeux de piscine. Super. Tout et à proximité :magasin, marché, pharmacie, restaurant, plage... Un endroit magnifique pour des vacances magnifique.

Kann man nur empfehlen, alles sauber, alles reibungslos funktioniert, das Haus hat eine fantastische Ausstattung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar 5h später auschecken lassen, weil unser Flug später ging.
