Great place for a family holiday

Beautiful house in the hills. The breeze is wonderful and there were no mosquitoes when we were there. We loved being up in the hills….the view is amazing. Well stocked kitchen was great as was the beach towels.

Lovely stay in beautiful location !

We stayed at the villa already 2 times ! Amazing villa with everythin you expect. Air conditioning in every room, amazing pool and views! Hostess is very friendly and quick communication. Highly recommended !

A great stay with family friends

We stayed at this property with our family friends, we were 4 adults and 5 children in total. The children shared beds and/or cot beds provided. The house has all the amenities required and a very well stocked kitchen as well as a number of areas to sit / children to play including next to the pool. The area is a short drive to both Moraira and Xabia where we spent most of our holidays with lots to do for kids. Lots of beaches and great restaurants, we will definitely be back!

Lovely villa with great views

Stayed for 12 nights and we had a great time. We have stayed in many villas but this has been the best equipped one. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The villa was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony looking at the view. The pool was great for cooling down and chilling.We received a welcome pack of food and drink and this was one of the best we have experienced. Carol is a great host and very responsive. We fully recommend the villa and the area.

Beautiful villa and sea views

Welcome pack was really appreciated, very generous. Christina, the agent was extremely helpful and responded quickly. The owner was also very helpful. Villa was clean and extremely well stocked with everything you could need. Pool was beautiful and kept very clean with crystal clear water. Villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation close to Moraira. We had a very relaxing two weeks.

Spectacular villa

Very well equipped villa with outstanding views

The villa was exactly as described on the listing and very well equipped. The welcome pack was a nice surprise and much more than the normal tea, coffee and sugar. We were staying for 14 nights and did have an issue with the aircon but both the owner, Carol, and her representative in Moraira, Cristina, did their best to get it replaced as quickly as possible. The views from the terraces are amazing, the pool was very clean and maintained and the gas bbq was great.You do need a car as the villa is up some steep roads (but that’s why you have great views) but is a 4 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and a 10 minute drive to Moraira.

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this beautiful property. The villa is spacious, spotless, and comfortably sleeps six, with two bathrooms plus an additional toilet — perfect for families or groups. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the host had even provided a lovely welcoming hamper, which was a thoughtful touch.Outdoors, the space really shines. The pool was clean and well maintained, with several patio areas to relax and sunbathe throughout the day. The highlight was the rooftop patio, offering magnificent views — the only thing missing was a pair of binoculars to fully enjoy the scenery!The villa is in a hilly location, so a car is essential, but the trade-off is peace, privacy, and stunning surroundings. Restaurants and a supermarket are conveniently nearby, and we especially enjoyed a day trip to Valencia, which is well worth visiting.The host was fantastic — extremely responsive to messages and quick to help with any requests. All in all, this property is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would love to return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa ! 🥰La location était parfaite : la villa était très propre, avec une vue exceptionnelle et une piscine au top ! Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi. La cuisine est très bien équipée et il y a vraiment tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin : café, thé, miel, épices… et même des produits anti-moustiques, ce qui est vraiment appréciable ! La connexion Internet est également excellente.Un grand merci également pour le panier offert par Mme Carol Nous avons pu préparer un bon repas dès notre arrivée et profiter d’un délicieux petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin. Une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés !Encore merci pour tout, nous avons passé un super séjour et nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation ! Nous comptons bien revenir l’été prochain

Tolles Haus mit guter Aussicht.

Top ausgestattetes Haus in sehr schöner Lage. Alles was man braucht ist mehrfach vorhanden, egal ob Geschirr oder sonstiges. Das Haus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und ist perfekt Klimatisiert. Die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr komfortabel. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und von der Größe voll ausreichend. Wir sind jetzt drei Jahre hintereinander in der Gegend um Moraira und dieses Haus war bis jetzt das schönste. Der Kontakt mit Carol ist sehr gut und sie Antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Es war ein sehr schöne Woche für uns…vielen Dank.

Fantastic Villa

We’ve stayed in lots of lovely villa’s but for cleanliness, facilities and the feeling of home from home, this wins hands down. Carol the owner has thought of everything and you will never run short of plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans as they are everywhere. We were also left a very handy welcome pack.
