Also, you will be able to enjoy a large sectional sofa, 83 inch smart flat screen T.V. with cable & surround sound that makes for a delightful place to entertain throughout the house. Turn on the outside music and get the waterfall flowing as you relax on the patio and swim with beautiful views of Camelback & the Phoenix Mtn Preserves in privacy or enjoy some rest in the bedroom which all have brand new quality mattresses for your comfort. There is also a kitchen that is well-equipped for a fabulous gourmet meal with a high-end 6 burner stainless stove & griddle with all the amenities that a chef would need to serve up to16 place settings, if you want to have a dinner party or cook for friends and family.

Very spacious, beautiful home that we enjoyed very much. Had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Used the pool, jacuzzi, grill almost daily. Even had cute little bunnies that came into the yard every evening. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely home! Very comfortable for our group of golfers. Pool and hot tub were awesome. There were comfortable places to sit outside in both sun and shade. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend this home!

A great property in a great location. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The house is laid out very well for larger groups - we had 6 and were never in each others’ way. Pool area also well designed allowing for sun or shade depending on time of day. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The layout was fantastic for our family. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Close to hiking trails. We would do the 5km loop to 32nd street then hike the Quartz Trail and back down 36nd street to the house. Great location! Thanks Dawn!

Exceeded our expectations from the second we walked in, and only got better after that! We were blown away by this well-supplied house: large and attractive and immaculately clean. We had seven stay for a family celebration and everyone enjoyed everything. Plenty of room for everyone to be as together or spread out as desired. We bought groceries and cooked some meals in the gorgeous kitchen, but then ordered in some meals, which we ate al fresco. The host communication was perfect, such a nice person! We would 100% stay at this property, with its delightfully warm and beautiful pool, again and also HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for anyone looking for a luxe getaway in sunny AZ!

Fantastic, fabulous, and heavenly relaxation!

The house is by far the best Vrbo we ever stayed bar none! The setup was perfect for my family of six and the pool area and the patio areas are amazing in the morning over coffee, evening times, or watching the sunrise! Wonderful home and perfect location!! Close to Scottsdale and the Biltmore/Arcadia area where all the action is in the Phoenix area. Also, no nosey neighbors! Host was really great at staying in touch with us and we all had a great time! I would stay there again!

We are not new to VRBO this is our third home that we have marketed through VRBO and finally have our dream home in a prime location of Paradise Valley which is between Scottsdale & Phoenix. We have been retired for 9 years, love to travel, golf, entertain, and spend time with 👥 friends and family!

Location: Only two miles from Camelback Mountain, Biltmore resort and country club and is the perfect place to relax, have your privacy with sweeping views of Camelback mountain in the backyard while swimming In our beautiful pool and enjoying downtown Phoenix on the lookout deck. This Paradise Valley property is the perfect starting point for relaxation and fun along with all of your outdoor pursuits! Set out on a day hike for stunning views of the Phoenix Valley and afterward discover a vibrant happy hour and restaurant seen minutes away in Scottsdale. Or hit one of the local restaurants like world renowned Lons, Steak 44 or El Churro were you often see famous celebrities.
If you are interested in golf, you are in luck as your luxury home is mere minutes from countless courses. TPC Stadium course. Camelback Golf Club, beautiful Biltmore GC, McCormick Ranch and the Phoenician Golf Course or bring the whole family to Topgolf.
