Casa Bonita Royale - water views from all windows - walk to the beach

Casa Bonita Royale is a quiet community on Big Hickory Pass, a wide channel which opens out directly to the Gulf of Mexico. Tidal flows bring all kinds of sea life past the glass sliding doors, including osprey, eagles, dolphin, pelican, egret, terns, gulls and more. Watch the sunset from the sundeck on the 2nd floor which faces west and offers a view of the ocean. Bonita Beach is 200 feet west of the front door and has beautiful shelling and bird watching opportunities. Modern refurnished condo with all new appliances, tile flooring, leather furntiure, bathrooms re-done, completely re-modeled and refurnished in 2015. The heated pool is accessible with no stairs and provides chaise lounges to watch the wildlife in the channel. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided.
Our condo is on the ground floor so no elevators or stairs to climb. New hurricane glass sliding doors and windows make for a more private environment, as they are sound proof and also reflect the outside light so no one can see inside. The building construction is solid concrete providing for security and privacy. Sound does not transmit from adjacent units. Casa Bonita Royale is located on a cul-de-sac off the main branch of Hickory Boulevard, so there is very little traffic, making access to the beach simple and safe.

Casa Bonita Royale condo association has stipulated a one month minimum rental period. Accordingly, your reservation needs to be for the month of January, or February, or March etc. Rental periods are for full months only, so please consider that.
