This beautiful, recently updated 4th floor end unit has spectacular treetop views that overlook the resort pool. Unit 3404 is in a safe, gated community and features the best floorplan in the complex with an oversized lanai that can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom, spacious master bathroom and huge closet, and private guest bedroom/bathroom area.
Enjoy the bright open kitchen and dining area with raised breakfast bar seating, modern appliances, and dining table that can comfortably seat six.
New smart TVs located in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom allows each guest to access the shows, movies and sports that they wish. Both bedrooms include charging hubs on the nightstands for all of your electronic devices (no charging cables included).
**Family Friendly! Families with young children can enjoy the convenient amenities including GUAVA Lotus Travel Crib, adjustable highchair, pool “puddle jumper” swimmies, and baby spring float (ages 9-24 mo)**
Bonita Village offers unrivaled amenities such as a heated, beach-entry resort pool with waterfall, hot tub, poolside chickee hut (The Groggy Frog) that offers food and beverage service during peak season, shared BBQ area, community clubhouse with social room, billiards, state of the art fitness center, media room and a free beach shuttle that runs by appointment.
A short walk to the second pool area (the “Quiet Pool”) offers another hot tub and a more quiet, relaxing vibe (please note for your stay- the quiet pool area is currently located next to the construction site for the new lazy river and Cabana condo units).
Publix Food is located less than 1 mile away and offers online Instacart ordering with curbside loading. Perfect for a quick grocery pickup on your way to check-in!

A little about our family… We grew up, and currently reside in Buffalo, New York.
After many years of visiting sunny Florida to escape our long, cold winters we fell in love with Bonita Springs and all that the area has to offer.
Our favorite things to do when we visit are swimming in the beautiful pool, shelling and relaxing at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, visiting the Naples Zoo, getting ice cream & playing mini-golf.
We sincerely hope you find this place as relaxing and magical as we do
