It shares a nice pool and furnished sun deck, as well as walking paths and a beautiful, wide sandy beach. Even in the busiest season, there is plenty of room on the beach, and on the prettiest days, you may find it as uncrowded as the photo at the top of this page.

Enjoy the commanding view over the beach and ocean offered by the screened lanai. Starting with morning coffee, maybe a noon meal, or cocktails through dessert during an extended sunset and twilight, this could be one of your favorite spots on Captiva.

Beach Villa 2029 has three bedrooms and three baths. Each bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with deluxe ceiling fans, giving an airy and open feel. The main level has two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a guest bathroom in the hallway. Each bedroom has a pair of twin beds and a flat-screen TV.

The primary bedroom suite occupies the entire upper level, reached by the spiral staircase. Skylights and the cathedral ceiling contribute to the feeling of spaciousness. The primary bedroom includes a balcony view over the great room and the oceanfront lanai beyond, and the balcony can be closed off with sliding doors for quiet privacy. A deluxe ceiling fan and flatscreen TV are installed. The primary and guest bathrooms have deluxe walk-in showers.

You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments
(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded.
After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
