Welcome to ESCALE ROCHELAISE.
A little research and, you came to us.
Quiet and sunny location, close to all shops, 5 minutes walk from the market and 7 minutes walk from the port.
Public transport and bike rental nearby.
Garage available for 1 vehicle and if you come with more than one car, there is a very large parking (Esplanades) 450 m or there are free places.

We have a chance to have such a large garden (350m2), facing west, in hyper-center of a city.
House of 250m2 with beautiful volumes.
4 bedrooms of 25-43m2 with private bathroom for each.
Kitchen 43 m2 with center island and dining area.
Large space children / teenagers on the last floor (games with provisions)

CH4 25m2 with private shower room (shower, sink and toilet).
A lounge with TV and DVD player (movies available)
The kitchen
- a cozy corner to read, have a coffee, chat.
- a 'bistro' corner you can sit at 8
- a convivial corner the central island 6 places.
Appliances: Induction hobs, steam oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and small household appliances (toaster, nespresso, kettle, raclette, melted, ...).
1st floor
Master suite of 40m2 with;
- cozy corner / living room
- sleeping area (160X200 bed)
- dressing area / bathroom (toilet, shower, double sink and bath)
2 other rooms of 25m2 with room of privative water (shower, washbasin and TOILET).
Utility room with TWO washing machines (one for black, and the other for all other colors), a dryer and a ceiling hanger PLUS. Washing products available.
2nd Floor
Attic room with a game room for the youngest, and a party 'teen' with 7 sofas (ground) that are made of real mattresses so that our children can do lots of 'pajama party'.
And here you know everything about us, and our house.
But, we can imagine that you have a lot of questions fiddling around to look for your future vacation spots.
