Exit out screen porch to outdoor patio set for your use. Walk down the hall there is a bedroom with 2 full beds, dresser, closet and a flat screen TV. In hallway is a full bathroom with tub/shower. Next is 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds, dresser, closet., full bathroom with Shower. A roll- away is in the closet. 3rd bedroom is the master suite, perfect for grandparents and in laws 1 Queen bed, 1 full bath with shower, flat screen TV, recliner, efficiency kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, fridge and stove., table and chairs. Roll-away in the closet.

The unit comes with 4 parking spaces in private parking lot for the complex.

Surfside Beach is known as a family beach. It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach & attractions. Murrell's Inlet is nearby with some of the best Seafood Restaurants in the state! Walmart Supercenter in Surfside or Garden City about 1 mile away is open 24/7. No need to pack everything, you can buy the rest there. I do!
We rent pet friendly (dogs only) with $100 fee per pet. Dogs are permitted on Surfside Beach on mornings and evenings. Some dogs we do not accept. Please include pet breed and weight with inquiry. If your dog is not friendly around other dogs and kids, pet will not be permitted. We may request a photo of your pet. Flea medication required.
Close to many golf courses and mini golf courses where you can play all day for $5-6! Airport is just 6 miles away.
