Amazing!

Absolutely loved the professionalism and helpfulness of the hosts. The property is pristine with top quality furnishing. The balcony is amazing if you love to relax in solitude on a lounging chair. There is full sun in the morning. The building is extremely well built, in a gated environment not far from the restaurants, Costco and La Comer. Great place to stay.

Everything was exactly as advertised

The condo was extremely clean which is my number one importance. It was great to have some extra amenities in the kitchen and bathroom especially for a shorter stay. We love all the great restaurants within walking distance. No complaints from us. Gracias

OUR STAY IN PV

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 28 days. The condo was in next to new condition and was nicely designed and decorated tastefully. The complex was totally secure with a concrete wall fence and a security guard at the front gates 24 hours. The condo and the complex was very clean and well maintained. The host was readily available and was assisted by his mother who greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour and a quick orientation about the condo. Both were fully conversant in English. Each condo unit has its own parking space. The condo is in a nice area close to Grocery Stores and Shopping Malls with quite a few restaurants in the area. We had an enjoyable stay.It was easy and secure to book on VRBO.

Wonderful Place

Hector was very helpful, especially assisting with transport from the airport, and the apartment was great. We were a short taxi ride from the Centro and Malecon, but in a quieter neighborhood with its own restaurants and shops. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast on the patio, and were a short 10 minute walk to a somewhat less crowded section of the beach. The apartment was well furnished, including basic kitchen tools, and comfortable. The security staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again! The only caveat is that at the time of our booking the map location shown on the listing was inaccurate- the property is not located next to Isla Cuale.

Left Waiting

When we arrived there was no record of us coming. We were left waiting at the security gate showing them our VBRO reservation, but they explained to us that no one told them anything about our rsvp. After a lengthy wait and several attempts to convince them that we had a reservation we got a hold of the owner who eventually got us in. He later said that he doesn't get along with the property manager. While we are used to spending time in Mexico and aware that nights cacn be noisy, we have yet experienced how loud is was at this place on a Saturday night. There was an out door dance party on one of the lots adjacent to the pool. The vibrations from the music was literally shaking ghe windows. The earplugs that we bring for such occasions did not work as the music was too loud.We finally settled in and the music stopped around 1 am. Shortly after that the safe that we had pit or passports into starteda loud beeping. We tried to open it up, but it did not open. Luckily there were two bedrooms, so we switched and used the other bedroom. We msg'd Hector about the safe but didnt hear back until another 30 hours. Meanwhile we figured outt the safe key and fixed the problem. The pool was clean and refreshing. The actual rental unit was clean and comfortable. It was however stuffy. Because of the ongoing battle with dengue fever we were reluctant to open any doors or windows as there were no screens. Great area with excellent restaurants and shopping.

Nice stay

The location is adjacent to good eating in Versalles and easy transit to other parts of the city. Less crowded and “touristy”, and good security.

Relaxing and New

Hector arranged our airport pick up, which went smoothly and Elizabeth was at the property when we arrived to take us through everything. The apartment is as pictured and was very comfortable. It's a gated community with security guards 24/7. The appliances are all in good working order and there were enough pots, pans, dishes and utensils to prepare and eat meals. The washer and dryer were a big plus for us as we were there for a month. There was a problem with the bathroom door that was responded to, but which couldn't be repaired until later. It did not negatively impact or inconvenience us. We enjoyed the unheated pool, especially since there are times of the day when we had it to ourselves. The neighborhood is very walkable with two large supermarkets and a few farmacias within a few blocks. There are numerous great restaurants in the area and a beach is also within walking distance. The bedroom facing the street could be noisy, so we chose the bedroom off the terrace, which is quiet. Our hosts were very good to us. We were trying to get our Uber to the airport when Elizabeth came to say good bye and get keys. There were no cars available at the time we needed to leave, but she was able to get us to the airport and we were on time for our flight. Hector was able to recommend a few very good restaurants in the area. Wonderful vacation!

Amazing Get away

This property was wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. It's a lovely unit with a view of the pool from the 2nd bedroom with a cozy deck. Hector made sure to let us know he is available if needed. Everything is only about a 10-15 minute Uber ride away. There are a few little bars located just around the corner. This was the mini get away we needed and happy that we found this place... Gracias Hector

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my parents. Daniel, the Uber driver hired by Hector met my folks at the airport and safely took them to the apartment. Katia (Hector’s wife) was waiting inside and provided a tour, keys and phone number; so friendly and kind! This is a newer building with 7 floors, elevator, WiFi included, lovely balcony, 24hr security and a mango tree by the pool. Thank you Hector for arranging fantastic hospitality and clean apartment.

The loft

The property was very clean and modern. Close proximity to Costco and the mall which was handy for getting groceries. 3 block walk to the bus to access other areas of PV. Our landlord was quick to respond to any issues that we had. The only problem we had was when we used Google Earth to find the location it indicated it was in another more desirable area than we expected. Still turned out fine . I would recommend this rental

Beautiful property

The property is beautiful! Hector was available at all times and helped to arrange the ride from the airport to the hotel. The local food scene is great as well! I would stay here again!

Unit 256

Loft 256 is a modern, clean property in an interesting neighbourhood. The unit is well equipped and can be accessed easily by elevator. Beach and bus access are close by as are large grocery stores, retail outlets, smaller local convenience stores and restaurants. The experience is heightened with the attentive support of the unit's hosts. Unit 256 is an excellent choice for those wanting something different to the hectic PV hotel areas.
