The resort is located on premium waterfront on South Osoyoos Lake. This ground floor, poolside, luxury 2 bedroom condominium is tastefully furnished, Santa Fe style, with a Queen sized bed (UPDATE for 2020, master bedroom mattress changed to a $3500.- PLASMABED high end Memory foam mattress) in the Master bedrooms & custom built bunks in 2nd bedroom (ideal for a family of 4 or 5). (Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit).

Finishing features include:

Leather furniture, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and tiled entrances. Flat screen TV's in living room & master bedroom.

This privately owned unit is fully-equipped. In the summer, lounge by the pool, enjoy the day on the 300 feet of private beach, or spend hours swimming in one of Canada's warmest lakes. In the Spring and Fall, enjoy wine tasting at the many wineries close by or enjoy a game of golf at the courses in Osoyoos and Oliver. Any time of the year pamper yourself with a visit to our onsite spa.

Osoyoos, an Okanagan oasis, offers a year round playground for all ages. Endless water activities in the summer, winter sports at nearby Mount Baldy, year round golf, world renowned wineries, and an abundance of orchards -- all at your doorstep for you to enjoy.

The condo has it's own designated high speed fiber optics Wifi.

Boat moorage is available for guests: $30 per day / $175 per week.

For Snowbirds Osoyoos has become one of the top destinations in Canada during the winter months due to it's mild temperatures & low precipitation (which also means very little snow). Our little town is renowned for it's hospitality & friendliness & welcomes many of these people back year after year.

Our Conference Hall & kitchen is now available to rent for weddings, family re-unions, conferences etc. It's available throughout the winter months for use by our Snowbirds for coffee mornings, card games & potluck dinners etc. The onsite Spa is now open & offers a wide variety of services.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a great stay at Robert and Carol’s condo; this was our second time staying at this complex. We loved being steps away to the pool and also having the private beach access across the street.In-suite laundry was a great bonus.The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed.Our kids loved the bunk beds!

Nice getaway.

The unit is excellent for 4 or 5 people. The onsite pool is a bonus. A secure grassed area at the beach was a great surprise.

The condo is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the location was great.

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a small selection of board games and cards. It has direct access to the pool which I really liked (don’t mind the noise of people having fun in the pool). I would recommend this condo to others. You can walk to Rattle SnakeCanyon, the Bakery, Campo Marina, fruit stands and even in to town if you want. Only draw back is the patio gets very little sun.

Hi Tracey, Glad you enjoyed our condo & it's location. It is nice to be close to the pool & also to be able to walk to the various places nearby. Usually in July & August the afternoon shade on the patio is very welcome but it was rather cool in Osoyoos the week you were here. A great vacation to begin Retirement

Let's start with a simple Thank You to both Robert and Carol. Their communications in advance and especially on arrival were outstanding.The unit is extremely well located in Osoyoos making it perfect for our preference to walk everywhere. It was very clean and the furniture was comfortable and easily met our needs. I will make a point of saying that the bed was also extremely comfortable since I'm not a good sleeper.This condo had absolutely everything we needed for our 2 week Retirement Holiday. We cooked most of our own meals and really needed nothing other than fresh groceries from the 2 local stores. The unit has a large propane BBQ on the patio as well.

Family vacation

We recently stayed at the property with our teenage boys. The place is beautiful with nice beach access where you can sit in the sand or on a nice shaded grassy area. There is also a nice pool area if you prefer that over the lake. Robert was very responsive wich I really appreciate when trying to plan/book a vacation. I look forward to staying again!

The condo was great. Robert the owner helped us with any concerns we had. He always calls back/texts very quickly. Thanks also to Hughie and Stacy for their assistance. Very good access for people with mobility issues. Would definitely stay again!

Better than expected!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mila Oro. The condo was larger than appears in photos, it was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed and then some. We only cooked simple meals, but it was nice to know we could have made more elaborate meals and not been wanting for any cookware or knives. The proximity to the pool and hot tub was great without being too close. Location of complex is very convenient for walking along the lakeshore and a short trip by car to shops. Valerie and Peter were very welcoming and accommodating. They made a point of stopping by to say hello and make sure we were happy with everything and the one time we did have to call them (to get a code for the parental controls on Netflix) they were very quick to respond. All in all our stay at Casa Del Mila Oro was a very pleasant part of our first visit to Osoyoos. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This was the second year that my family and I have stayed at Val and Peters condo and will absolutely be coming back. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to make you feel like you're at home... Val and Peter are a pleasure to deal with and so accommodating. The condo is always very clean and the complex is quiet. So close to everything you need in town and right across from a beach and lakefront... can't wait to come back to Osoyoos and will most definitely be arranging to stay here again!

Awesome vacation rental!

Great place to stay in Osoyoos! The condo was exactly as listed; well-maintained, kitchen was very well stocked, within just steps to the pool and hot tub! Very easy to deal with Peter and Val! They even mailed back items we forgot! We will be looking to stay there again in the future!

Best Family Vacation Ever.

We have stayed in a number of units in Casa Del Mila Oro and love the resort. This year we stayed in one of Val & Peter's units and were blown away by the way they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. Texting us early to let us know everything was ready, meeting us at the condo when we arrived to give us the rundown and meeting with us as we left to make sure everything went smooth are just a couple of the extras that Val and Peter provided. It is the little things that make the difference. We were so impressed we book the same unit for the next year the day after we got home. Thank you so much Val & Peter for making our family vacation one of our best ever.

Amazing Vacation Again

We decided to come to Osoyoos for a 2nd year and of course, chose to stay in the same unit at Casa Del Mila Oro Resort. Val and Peter have made it a home away from home. I recommend this resort and unit to anyone wanting to visit Osoyoos. The unit and resort grounds are immaculate. The pool & hot tub are amazing. Guests are always friendly. Why would we stay anywhere else. Thanks again Val & Peter!

Best Vacation

We stayed here in June 2015, it was our first family vacation with our young boys. It looked great on-line and even better when we arrived! It was bigger than we expected. It had everything you would need to have a home away from home. The condo and grounds were immaculate. The pool was the icing on the cake for us. We will be back next year. We highly recommend staying here.

Extremely well maintained

We spent 6 months in this property. The listing and amenities are all as stated. The property was very clean. The owners, Peter and Val were friendly and efficient. They looked after all our concerns immediately. Osoyoos is a beautiful location and the towns people are friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this property and the destination. The only problem is you will never want to leave!

Great couple to deal with

Many of the other reviews already mention this, but I wanted to write a review to highlight how great it was dealing with Peter and Val. With so many vacation options you don't know really what you're getting yourself into, but in our case the owners here were not only extremely responsive, but really accommodating. You can feel good about booking your holiday here.

A special time in the Okanagan

We flew from Ontario to BC. After attending a conference in Vancouver, and after visiting relatives in North Vancouver, we took a lovely drive to Osoyoos, a pretty and active summer town. The regional geography fascinated us with desert, mountains, orchards, and vineyards........... we visited several of the latter for lunch and for tastings. Wonderful! We walked the trail in the desert. It all charmed us. We had a pretty drive to Kelowna and back. Our condo was clean and tidy and offered us everything that we wanted for our stay. The owners were attentive and helpful. We met friendly neighbours. We made use of the pool and hot tub, both of which were busy this particular week. We had a marvellous time in the Okanagan and must return. The trip was wonderful.

We're so glad your whole visit to the Okanagan was a good one Brian & Patti. We get a lot of visitors from Alberta & BC in the summer months but you were our first from Eastern Canada. Hopefully this 5 star review will encourage more visitors from the rest of Canada to come & see what a great little town Osoyoos is & stay at Casa Del Mila Oro Resort.
