This home is nestled in a quiet and long established neighborhood minutes from Graceland and the Airport. The home sits on almost an acre of land with plenty of outdoor space. The rooms and common areas are spacious and decorated to make it feel like a home away from home. The entire home has been updated, keeping the nostalgic features of the 1950's, but bringing a modern eclectic twist to the space. Vibrant colors throughout the house keep things interesting and cozy all at once.
You'll have everything you need to accommodate a large group or family. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, a large coffee pot with supplies, and cookware that is robust enough to prepare all of your meals in-house. Specifically we have a waffle iron, blender, pizza pans, stock pot, cooking utensils and much more. You'll also find baby equipment including a pack and play, booster for the dining table and baby gates.
The home boasts a beautiful backyard that has an old barn and partially wooded area and lots of space to explore. The covered patio is a guest favorite, with cozy seating and a great view of the tree lined neighborhood, perfect for sitting and sipping cold tea in the summer or hot chocolate in the winter. This home is guaranteed to be the backdrop of an unforgettable stay in Memphis!

I love creating beautiful spaces! I love meeting people from all over the world and immersing myself in different cultures. I'm a property manager by trade. Im also a mother of two and been in Memphis most of my life. I'm a military brat, so traveling all over the world is one of my passions. I also love sci fi hero movies and studying metaphysics. I believe that the world is our playground and that we should show some appreciation to the creator by exploring it as much as possible!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood was my first choice because it is near my old high school and many of the legacy owners I knew 25 years ago still own and live there. Most of my neighbors are older and well established, and they care about our neighborhood. The giant trees and massive sized yards give you a feeling of being in a more rural area, with the convenience of being near all of the conveniences attractions that make Memphis great. Also, for shopping, entertainment, and dining we are only minutes from Southaven (DeSoto County) Mississippi which is a major plus for everything being in close proximity.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because it has been updated yet we kept and refurbished some of the 1950s moldings and the original hardwood floors (refinished). The high ceilings and arched doorways give you a grand feeling in a beautiful and cozy place. Also, most of our guests simply say they don't want to leave because it's just...peaceful.
