We loved staying in this property. It was 5 star all the way. From the fabulous kitchen with every imaginable cooking utensil to the comfortable beds and living space. It has a sunken living room, so there are steps down, but that didn't bother us at all. It might be an issue for folks with limited mobility.It's within walking distance to several trailheads. We hiked the "High on the Hog" trail. Highly recommend for amazing views. Also, "Chicken Point" trail is easily accessible from this property. So nice to be able to walk to the trail heads because traffic in Sedona, can get pretty intense.Communication with the property owner was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

Great Place!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we were impressed with Desert Rose. Upon entering, we felt at home and relaxed. The space was clean, the layout perfect, and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after long days of hiking the Red Rocks. The location was perfect with amazing views.

Very clean and roomy house with huge modern kitchen, good beds, big open greatroom, sun porch, and nice patio with hot tub outside. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to hiking trail and to the famous chapel overlooking the neighborhood. We’ll be back!

I would give this place endless stars

We had a blast renting from these hosts once again. The neighborhood was quiet but close to such terrific hiking. We loved the kitchen and spent so much time cooking, laughing, eating great food and playing card games after our hiking adventures. The entire house was perfect for us. You won’t regret renting from this host, they communicate perfectly!

Really quaint neighborhood and walking distance to some great trailheads. The home floorplan is great for two couples with rooms on opposite ends that both walk into a fantastic open kitchen and living space. Another universal room is perfect for the kids. Will be back

Great house & perfect location

We stayed here for 7 days and this house really does have everything you need. It’s very comfortable & we could have easily stayed another week. The bed is very nice (the best bed we’ve ever had at a Vrbo) . We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this was our favorite place we’ve ever rented. You can’t beat the location. We loved having access to hiking trails from our front door. Just like others mentioned the neighborhood is super quiet & dark for star gazing.

Location, Location

Visited Sedona for a celebration of birthdays. It was wonderful. The house is so comfortable and in a great location. The first evening there we ran right into the Chapel of the Holy Cross! Relaxed in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The neighborhood was so quiet, great stargazing and sleeping! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Sedona

We had a great trip. The house’s location is perfect. It’s close to everything but away from touristy uptown. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The code we were given to get the key out of the lock box didn’t work and initially there was no answer when I called the emergency number listed. But we were in within an hour of arriving to the home, so it worked out ok. Would stay again.
