The Space:

-Primary Suite: Unwind in a spacious bedroom featuring a comfortable King bed and a private, attached full bathroom.

-Secondary Suite: A second cozy bedroom offers a Queen bed and its own attached full bathroom for complete privacy.

- Living Area: Kick back in the living room to stream your favorites on the Smart TV. A pull out full-sized sofa bed provides flexible sleeping space for additional guests, and a dedicated workspace is available if you need to connect.

- Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Start your morning right at the coffee bar, complete with a drip coffee machine and a water kettle.

Family

- A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request for our littlest guests.



-Pet Policy: One dog under 40 lbs may be permitted with prior approval and a $75 per night pet fee. Guests must pick up after their pet and keep pets off all furniture and beds. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Any guest bringing an undeclared or unauthorized pet will be charged double the pet fee and will be responsible for all related cleaning, damages, and additional costs incurred.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, backyard, and all listed amenities, including the hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The only exception is a locked storage shed attached to the deck, which is reserved for owner use.



Entry is seamless and secure with our keyless smart lock system. You will receive your unique, personal access code prior to arrival. The code will be active from your 4:00 PM check-in time until your 10:00 AM checkout time.

Other Things to Note:

Spa Maintenance: To keep the hot tub pristine for every guest, our spa technician performs service on Monday mornings (typically between 9 AM and 12 PM). They may also stop by on Friday afternoons for a quick quality check. They will enter the backyard through the side gate and will be as brief and discreet as possible.



Desert Wildlife: Sedona is a vibrant desert ecosystem. While we take extensive professional pest control measures, you may encounter local wildlife and insects. To ensure a comfortable stay, we recommend keeping doors and screen-less windows closed. Always be aware of your surroundings when enjoying the outdoors.



Interaction with Guests:

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and private stay. We will not be present at the property during your visit, allowing you to relax and enjoy the space uninterrupted. However, we are always available and responsive via the booking platform messenger if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.
