Have stayed in Santa Fe many times and this was a perfect location to walk to the places we love to visit or to just wander and explore. Circa was a clean and comfortable place to return to each day plus enjoyed the tranquility of the front portal and courtyard. Thanks for the welcoming treats and interesting info and pics of the remodel which was so well done!

Nicely renovated and smart architecture makes for a comfortable VRBO space . My wife and I enjoyed our 4 days staying at this property and just be aware that it is just off a fairly busy street and the cars may be an issue for light sleepers . We used the fan that was in the unit to drown out the noise . The coffee shop across the road is stellar . Everything is within walking distance. A We would definitely stay here again

Circa 1885 is a wonderful, comfortable and highly walkable stay. Linda is a gracious hostess and has provided such a homey environment. The bottle of wine, cheese&crackers were a special touch. Park your car and see it when you leave. We will be back!!

Circa 1885 was just what we needed! Close to Farmers' Market and Tomasitas, most must-sees were in walking distance. Spent a lot of time on the porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

I would highly recommend staying at 233 W. Manhattan (Circa 1885). Besides the great location, it was very affordable for Santa Fe. The property was clean and cozy. And, Linda and Lance were great hosts. The kitchen is small and would be difficult in which to cook. But, who wants to cook in Santa Fe given all the wonderful dining options.

We found this little casita to be very clean, well put together, and in an extremely convenient location. We walked around to almost all of our destinations over the weekend. Seeing the history of the home’s renovation process was very neat and super impressive.

This was our third stay at Circa and we are already looking ahead to returning next year. The location is perfect - close to the Railyard, a short walk to the plaza and Canyon Road, surrounded by multiple breweries, and with convenient parking and easy driving access to surrounding areas like Los Alamos and Abiquiu. We met Lance when we arrived and he was gracious enough to share more of the unique history about the building and some of the interesting art pieces decorating the walls. It was a perfect stay.

The property was very much like what was advertised online. Smaller and cozy, the space was well renovated and all facilities worked well. It was clean and had most of everything I needed to cook and clean and relax. It is near a moderately busy intersection and you can hear some road noise but not to significant degree. The host were responsive and thoughtful.

After a an hour drive from the airport when we arrived at our Vrbo, there was a cute welcome book with wine, crackers, and cheese welcoming us. This place was exactly what we wanted. The host was very communicative and the location was close to coffee shops, a bakery, and restaraunts.
