This was our third stay at Circa and we are already looking ahead to returning next year. The location is perfect - close to the Railyard, a short walk to the plaza and Canyon Road, surrounded by multiple breweries, and with convenient parking and easy driving access to surrounding areas like Los Alamos and Abiquiu. We met Lance when we arrived and he was gracious enough to share more of the unique history about the building and some of the interesting art pieces decorating the walls. It was a perfect stay.

We loved our stay. House was charming and well equipped. Owner, Lance was very welcoming and helpful. Location was great for strolling the shops and a great bakery just a few doors away.

We are so glad you loved your stay in Circa 1885. Thank you and please come again.
We found this little casita to be very clean, well put together, and in an extremely convenient location. We walked around to almost all of our destinations over the weekend. Seeing the history of the home’s renovation process was very neat and super impressive.

Safe travels!!
The property was very much like what was advertised online. Smaller and cozy, the space was well renovated and all facilities worked well. It was clean and had most of everything I needed to cook and clean and relax. It is near a moderately busy intersection and you can hear some road noise but not to significant degree. The host were responsive and thoughtful.
Beautiful place! Just a few things to know before you go: parking is around the side and behind the building, but you can pull up and unload. The WiFi was not working while we were there so we couldn't connect any electronic devices nor watch any TV.No checkout procedures were communicated, so was a little worried at checkout, if we were doing the right thing to just leave things as is.Owner was very kind. And softest towels I've had in a rental. Beautiful bedding. Such a cute space.

I am glad you found Circa to be beautiful and thought the bed linens and towels were great.
We are sorry you experienced problems with the WIFI. We have our phone number and our manager's number in many places on VRBO and inside Circa so that we can be accessible in situations like this.
No check out procedures required because we don't want our guests to work on their way out the door!
House was clean and had everything we wanted. Enjoyed the wine and cheese and that we had coffee and cream to start out. We walked a bit but mostly drove to hiking trailheads. Parking was easy and felt secure. On a busy street but noise was not a bother. We would definitely stay again when we return to the area. We didn't cook but it seemed like it was well stocked.

Thank you for choosing Circa 1885. We are glad you had a 5 start stay and will be ready for your next trip to Santa Fe.
Our state of the art Pella windows and door, with thick walls ensure a quiet stay while being close to all of downtown.
They were super responsive…. Practically immediate. We asked for a few additional items half way through our trip and their speed was incredible! Very pleased…. You can walk to anything from their location. Really safe!!!

There are no photos with funky lenses in our shots of Circa 1885! It is all real and we would be delighted to have you come again. Thank you for staying with us!
The property is exactly as pictured and described, except maybe even better! It is charming, extremely clean, and well-supplied with almost everything you need. When an electrical outlet didn't work one morning, I called Linda and she & Lance fixed it very quickly, that very morning while we were out.We loved being able to walk to the various parts of town for shopping, sight-seeing, dining, and just walking. From seeing the location on the map beforehand, I was little concerned about high traffic and noise because it looks like an intersection of several streets, but, no, the immediate and surrounding area is so quiet and nice and low-key!Santa Fe was an ideal base for all the day trips we wanted to take, and we loved returning to the cozy little home and turning on the Kiva fireplace. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It is well equipped & beautifully appointed and very quick response from owners when we had ??? And the bed was extremely comfortable! We vacation to eat out and we checked off most of eateries on our list. It’s a GEM and the owners are very quick to respond via msg or in person to help us! After a an hour drive from the airport when we arrived at our Vrbo, there was a cute welcome book with wine, crackers, and cheese welcoming us. This place was exactly what we wanted. The host was very communicative and the location was close to coffee shops, a bakery, and restaraunts.

Perfect spot for an extended stayI stayed here solo for a week while taking a class and it was the ideal setup. The location is unbeatable — walkable to the Plaza, Railyard District, and Canyon Road. The home is full of character with all the comforts you need for a longer stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace to unwind in the evenings after a long day. Clean, comfortable, and a great host. I’ll be back soon!

We are looking for your return to Circa 1885. Thanks for staying with us!
Great stay. Great location near Railyard district. Walking distance to Saturday and Sunday Markets. Owner was extremely responsible. Home was well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay in Sante Fe. Unit was clean and the bed was super comfortable for a great night sleep which I appreciated. I look forward to visiting again and would stay at the same place. Access to designated parking was a plus as parking is a premium in Sante Fe. Only down side - the parking lot is dark at night. Sante Fe is relatively safe but something to be mindful of if parking and coming into the unit at night alone.

Circa 1885 is well appointed. Photos are not taken with a wide angled lens, square footage is accurate, location is in easy walking distance of important sites, bed, bedding and shower are luxurious. Thanks for staying at Circa.
2nd time staying here and loved it again. They have though of everything and have decorated an old Adobe with comfortable, whimsical modern. Perfect location for walking to the tire, railyard area, the plaza, state capital and up to Canyon Road and it’s galleries. So much easier than finding parking. Highly recommend.
