We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies.

A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash. Minimum booking age is 21. Please note that this property has a firm check-in time set for 5:00pm. Typically, no early arrivals are allowed, but it's fine to inquire to see we can accommodate you. Thank you for understanding!

Barclay Towers is a fantastic accommodation choice for many reasons. We have a great reputation with many guests making a return stay. This is a timeshare unit and not part of the Barclay Towers hotel. Consequently, breakfast is not included, but the kitchen here offers a full-size refrigerator which the hotel units do not have.
