About this property

House for 6 people, communal pool, ideal for families, pets allowed.

They enjoy the extraordinary climate of the "Costa Cálida" with 300 days of sunshine per year. The "Finca Dona Sofia Maria" is located in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia) and near the best beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.

In our Finca we have 10 houses in different sizes.


Casa Leticia has approx. 100 m2
Casa Ana Mari is adapted for the disabled, this ground floor and has approx. 140 m2

The house has the following distribution:
Living room with two comfortable beds in colonial-Spanish style. The beds have spring mattresses (ideal for rest) in the dimensions 0.80 m x 2.00 m.
Dining room, kitchen, shower room.
Two double bedrooms with large closets. The bedrooms have beds in the dimensions 1.60 m x 2.00 m.
In front of the house is a terrace with furniture to enjoy your free time.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, gas hob, microwave, pots and pans, iron and ironing board for clothes.
Crockery, cutlery and glass for 6 people.

It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and Internet.

Enjoy your free time in the Mediterranean community garden of more than 4000 m2.
We have a communal pool with children's area and large terraces for our guests, BBQ area, chill-out terrace and free WIFI throughout the premises. The pool is open from Easter until the end of September.
And for the kids our “Kinderland”: playground, giant trampoline, mini-farm, ping-pong table, soccer goals, etc.….
The pool and garden are communal for all our guests.
The distance to the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor are approx. 5 minutes by car. A car is recommended.
We have free and secure parking within the enclosure.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Super endroit, des vacances de rêve

Nous venons de passer un séjour d'une dizaine de jour dans cet hébergement : hacienda composée de différentes maisons individuelles avec de nombreux équipements collectifs à disposition, c'est un espace clos (donc totalement sécurisé pour les enfants) : - Espace de jeux très bien équipé pour les enfants (grand trampoline, tipi ...) - Table de ping pong ... - 2 Barbecues très bien situés (tables ombragées à côté, coin détente, hamacs...) - Très beau jardin ZEN - Grande piscine - Autres espaces extérieurs (tables dans un endroit sympa et ombragé...) Les propriétaires (Andréa, Emilio) et leur fille sont très sympas La maison dans laquelle nous étions (la plus grande) est à 20m de la piscine et du barbecue. 2 grandes chambres + grand espace salon cuisine et grande salle de bain. Espace couvent devant la maison à côté du jardin ZEN : Très agréable Le tout situé dans une région très agréable (Mar Menor, Mer méditérannée ...) A recommander vivement, encore merci pour ce séjour.
