A charming craftsman's house, 140 m² in the heart of nature yet close to the village, ideally located in our beautiful tourist region, 10 minutes from Montpellier, 25 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from the Hérault Gorges, 20 minutes from Lake Salagou, and 35 minutes from Sète, on the Way of St. James (Arles Route) You’ll enjoy a very large lot of about 1 hectare (very rare in the region), where you can enjoy various sports activities (soccer, zip-lining, pétanque, trampoline, badminton, molky... etc.) and/or relax by the pool on the terrace with its breathtaking view of the Hérault Valley. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, and a study with a bed (library, board games), 2 showers, 3 restrooms, and a lovely 40-square-meter living area surrounded by terraces.<br>(Wi-Fi, internet, 4G)<br>We maintain private access to our separate studio, where we live, so we can take care of the pool and our vegetable garden.
