Condo was clean and as described in the listing. Check in was seamless. Check out instructions were minimal. We stay at Seawind frequently because my little kids love the kids' pool, and this condo was one of the best ones we have rented in the building.

Room was exactly as described very clean very nice. Having to wait so long for the elevator was the only problem. Lots of ppl with only 2 elevators. Would help to put key pad on door to access stairs from outside.

Property was clean. Beach location was good. Activities and restaurants close by. As other reviews have mentioned, the building only has two elevators. If you don’t like to walk up stairs, you will have to endure lengthy waits for these elevators on most trips. This 3 bedroom unit also only included one parking pass. If you need another one, you have to pay extra for it. I personally don’t like the unexpected costs. But, If you don’t mind the extra 67 parking pass or waiting on elevators this is a solid unit.

We had such a great stay at this condo. The only thing that was a problem at all was the door stopper wouldn't stay up and had tape on it when we arrived that wouldn't stay up. We bought more tape but it didn't really do the trick. Otherwise, everything was great

Overall the space and experience was not worth the money. The handle to the sliding door to the balcony was broken when we arrived. The condo had 3 tv’s and none of the remotes worked. We had to go buy batteries. The Dish Network didn’t work so we had to sign in on personal accounts to watch tv. We called immediately and told them that it was very difficult to open the door. They said they would put in a work order. It was not fixed while we were there. Anytime anyone wanted to sit on the balcony, I would have to get up and open and close the door for them. The people above us kept smoking and made it hard to sit outside anyway. I asked that they address the issue but it continued the entire trip. I know this might seem trivial but I didn’t pay to smell cigarette and pot smoke IN my condo much less my balcony while on vacation when it is clearly against the rules. The pool is tiny. We had to leave a day early because the city was shutting down in preparation for the hurricane. There was no communication from Liquid Life until Thursday night. Then they asked that we bring in all the balcony furniture which is the very heavy composite table and chairs plus loungers. The stay was alright but not what I would expect for the money. We have stayed at the large local condo provider many times for less money and better condos where things worked and they fixed anything that was broken.

Perfect Location!!

We stayed at the Seawind property for the 2nd time and both times were excellent. We chose this property due to the location and the kiddie pool for the grandkids. Highly recommend staying at the Seawind.

Great location! Right on the beach! Very clean property. 4th floor made it easy to take the stairs or elevator. Check in and checkout was onsite and very easy! Definitely would stay here again!

Great location- bring extras!

Wonderful location and property… we had 6 adults and it was perfect. Please note, you only get a starter pack of the basics, you will need toiletries, paper towels, and basic condiments.

Wonderful condo & vacation!

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in while vacationing in Gulf Shores. The location on the 4th floor is perfect for us to take the steps instead of the elevator. The location in Gulf Shores makes it easy to walk to many restaurants. Communications and checking/out with Liquid Life Vacations was VERY easy.

Great View, Nice Condo

Thi condo was spacious enough for 6 and the view of the ocean right out our LR and MBR was spectacular. The beach was great and everything was close. Our 1 and 2 grandkids and all of us spent a lot of time on the balcony. Other than a couple minor issues, the unit was great.
