The wall that separates the sitting room from the terrace is made of cristal and it can be open completely. Then the sitting room is at the open air and you will sit in the sofá feeling the marine air in your face.

Perfect place to stay

Nice apartment in a good and quiet neighborhood. It has a nice balcony with a great view. Contact with owner was smooth and fast.

Wonderful view and well equipped apartment

The apartment was lovely and clean. Close to shops bars etc and away from the loud part of Benidorm. The view from the balcony was amazing. The owner was lovely and emailed when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Lovely place would return

AVOID - HOST NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM SITE

When booking this property I advised the host we would be arriving late evening so she arranged for the keys to be left in a hidden location (with instructions). On arrival the keys were not where she instructed they would be. After searching for 15 minutes I called the host to let her know the keys were not there. She told me to keep looking. After looking for a further 10 minutes I called her back to again tell her they were not there. The host told me they were, huffed and hung up on me. I then called her back and she said she would try and get hold of her house keeper and that she would call me back. When she called me back she said that the housekeeper would come and meet us with the keys but we would need to give her €30 to €40 for the inconvenience!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing ! I told her absolutely not and it was her responsibility to make sure the keys were left for us and she would have to cover any costs. She then turned round and told us to get a hotel and she would just cancel our booking and hung up !! At this point it was around 11.30pm !! She was going to leave us stranded with no where to stay at 11.30pm at night when this had been booked for months !! In the end we had to call her back and agreed to give her house keeper €20 to come and drop us the keys. We then had to wait a further 40 minutes for the house keeper to arrive !! As you can imagine this put a downer on our holiday straight away. I am still in shock with the way we were treated. The host was not apologetic, was in fact extremely rude huffing and hanging up the phone on me and had the cheek to make us pay her housekeeper money to drop off keys that should have been left for us! This host needs to be removed from all sites!

Un appartement pour profiter de la plus belle plage de Benidorm

Endroit pour profiter de la plus belle plage de Benidorm. L’appartement et l’emplacement sont exceptionnels par sa beauté, son calme et sa position stratégique dans la plage del Poniente. À tout point de vue, c’est un endroit de rêve! Le seul hic s’est situé au niveau de quelques pépins qui se sont présentés à notre entrée, certains se sont réglés rapidement comme le routeur qui ne fonctionnait pas mais la cafetière brisé ou le manque d’eau dans le lavabo de la chambre principale, mais surtout le manque d’eau chaude durant plus de deux jours. Bien sûr, ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver et on doit faire avec, mais les gestions se faisant par texto cumulant les incompréhensions et s’est devenu agaçant de devoir gérer ce type de situations durant les vacances. Un concierge ou une personne responsable sur place aurait pu prendre en charge, même avant l’arrivée des visiteurs et ça aurait passé sans accroc. Sinon, une fois ces inconforts reglés, l’appartement est un endroit idéal pour passer de vacances de rêve et profiter d’une des plus belles plages de la Méditerranée. Les levers du soleil et les nuits sur la terrasse sont à couper le souffle!

Mega lækkert sted at holde ferie. Orden og ro i området. Mangler lidt butikker og restauranter tættere på. Super lækker strand. Pool til lejligheden blev brugt dagligt. Super god kommunikation med udlejer.

Espectacular

Un apartamento con unas vistas espectaculares, una terraza maravillosa, muy bien equipado, con aire acondicionado, aunque corre tanto fresquito que nos es necesario y ademas muy limpio y esta justo al lado de la playa! Tiene una piscina muy tranquila que siempre aporta un plus! La zona es muy relajada que si lo que buscas es desconectar, este es el apartamento. Volveria al apartamento sin dudar!

Espectacular

El apartamento es una pasada, la limpieza , olor en la casa y la ropa de cama, no le falta detalle para que la estancia sea perfecta, las vistas son espectaculares para poder apreciar un amanecer increíble, lo único malo la bajada a la playa que es atraves de unas cuantas escaleras incomodas en cuesta y al estar al final del final de poniente para ir al centro andando es una hora de reloj de ida y otra de vuelta, por el paseo marítimo se hace un paseo agradable. La comunicación con Pilar la propietaria en todo momento te facilita la estancia a lo que necesites, repetiremos seguro!!

Que siempre k necesite un alojamiento en Benidorn...siempre intentaré k sea este. Maravilla...k bonito ver toda la costa a tus pues, k tranquilidad...no se...para nosotros perfecto. La pega, es haber tenido k regresar

Disapointing

I will start with the positives: View from balcony was great and cleanliness good. Negatives: Patio door did not lock and is a health and safety issue if you have young children staying as the apartment is on the 7th floor, ensuite shower base continually filled up with water (owner arranged for a plumber to come to apartment between 5.30-6.30pm waited until 7.30pm and he did not show - did receive a phone call around 9pm to say he was waiting on access, rushed home and plumber had left! Only 4 towels given (1 each) had to wash and dry continually - I thought maybe 6 towels would have been better. Sun lounger/chairs to take down to the pool area were broken and not replaced despite asking - at the pool area there is only 3 benches and a concrete area to sit on. We wnet to the beach every day and paid for sun loungers. Kids (12 & 15 yrs) were disappointed at not being able to stay at the pool for very long due to lack of adequate sitting area.

apartamento precioso

El apartamento está fenomenal, todo muy limpio, nuevo y con mucho detalle, además en la cocina no echas de menos nada, hay de todo, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, etc. Por otro lado el que tenga dos baños facilita la estancia. Y no digamos las vistas, todo un lujo para los sentidos. Se encuentra al final de la playa de Poniente, en una zona más tranquila, lo que yo personalmente he agradecido bastante. Del apartamento a la playa tardas unos cinco minutos bajando unas escaleras. Y hasta el pueblo de Benidorm andando una media hora o un poco mas, pero el paseo es agradable porque recorres el paseo marítimo. Tanto la dueña como el conserje del edificio fueron muy amables. En fin una estancia de 10. Tendría que haber más apartamentos así de cuidados

nous sommes très satisfait de la location nous y et étions avec nos deux enfants de 5 ans et 19mois. la vue est époustouflante l appart est très bien aménagé. nous avions apprécié le livret fait par la propriété un espece de guide sur benidorm. le concierge est present en cas de besoin. tout est a proximité. nous nous deplacions beaucoup en voiture c est quand même plus pratique, ce côté est plus calme que l autre côté de la plage levante. vraiment nous vous conseillons cette location et la propriétaire est toujours disponible et très réactive..
