Ground floor apartment located in the heart of Benidorm with 2 bedroom(s) and capacity for 4 people.

Accommodation of 64 m² cosy and newly built.



It has an iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 Television. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge just in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is worth it. The cost is paid in the same parking lot.

The American kitchen, with induction, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water heater and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.

- An amount of 200€ is retained by credit/debit card as a deposit or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

Ideal apartment for a break away

Location and quietness was perfect. Highly recommend. The letting agents still haven't got back to me about a deposit that was never mentioned when booking.

Nice and comfortable apartment. Great location, close to the sea and supermarket. Fast internet. The keys in another building, it's inconvenient to get them, if you arrive late in the evening. Apartment on the same floor as the street

Amazing location just a few issues

Location was great keys were at an office which was really far from the apartment, the beds were not set up for 4 people even though this was on the booking. We also had to drop the key office at the end of the holiday and that was a trek.
