A beautiful apartment opposite Poniente beach.

Lovely clean apartment with beautiful views of the sea but no balcony. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. We arrived on Sunday and we had to first of all find where to pick up the keys. That was stressful.We drove to where the apartments were but nobody was there to explain anything. It took us a long time to work out what to do to park in the car. We had to ask a lady in another hotel to help us and l felt it was not a good start to our holiday.We know now what to do but it doesn't seem right that no staff were showing us what to do. We loved the apartment but found the booking stressful. Only book if someone is there to greet you and explain the system it needs explaining as it complicated getting just the keys from a box and trying to work out where you have to go and which key fits what. La ubicación es excepcional, levantarte y amanecer con estas vistas es un regalo, sobretodo si vienes de una ciudad sin playa. Estás a pie de playa y con muchísimos locales de comida y supermercados a tiro de piedra Pese a qué el apartamento estaba limpio, cuando llegamos estaba todo a oscuras, cerrado y con las persianas hasta abajo ...cuando entramos olía fatal a lejia o otro producto igual de fuerte..y hasta que ventilamos no empezamos a estar agusto

Hola Mila, esperemos que esten bien. Respecto al internet, no tenemos constancia de que nos lo haya reportado, pues solicitamos foto del ruter con las luces y la contraseña. Hay que tener en cuenta que sólo estuvo 1 noche (en referencia a la acción inmediata que reclama). Toda esa zona ha estado en obras y han ajustado las carreteras como han podido, lo tendremos en cuenta para la proxima vez, lo sentimos. Un saludo.
