"Xara Torres Alcudia Beach" is an incredible brand newly renovated apartment located directly on the beach of the Bay of Alcudia, Mallorca's longest (10 km). By accessing the property we looked a nice hall with a dresser and mirror design, which leads to a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa area and flat screen TV, a dining area and a terrace overlooking the beach side Alcudia, at the foot of the property.The apartment has three fantastic bedrooms: one with large double bed (150 x 200 cm), leather headboard, matching wooden furniture and leather, mirrored closet and a terrace; The twin bedroom with two single beds pushed together (90 x 190 cm) and beautiful white leather headboard and bedroom individual with one bed (90 x 190 cm), ideal for children. The apartment also has 2 family bathrooms.With parquet floors, the space has been completely renovated in 2015, including the kitchen with beautiful sea views and Silestone countertop.Xara Torres Alcudia Beach is the perfect choice to enjoy all the comforts and best Interiorismos in the heart of the beach of Alcudia, in the best area of Puerto Alcudia, with endless entertainment options not to forget the best holidays Mallorca.The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Comunicación perfecta, en todo momento he podido solucionar las dudas y muy amablemente nos han permitido entrar antes de la hora y salir más tarde. Tres bel emplacement premium. Malheureusement sejour en demi teinte gâché par un bruit de pompe qui résonnait dans tout l'immeuble. Signalé le premier jour mais sans reponse. Nettoyage a parfaire.

We booked 3 years ago and finally got to stay last week. Apartment was lovely. Very clean and tidy. Location was perfect. No problems at all. Internet worked. Air conditioning worked. BeBreeze were excellent. Went above and beyond and very willing to help with and queries we had. Would 100% recommend

The location is perfect: perfect beach , a lot of shops, many water activities and excursion options for families. No Internet in the apartment, and this problem was not fixed during all 9 days. We did not find basic products in the apartment: soap in bathrooms, garbage bags, dishwasher detergents, no disinfectants that are required during the covid period. The blinds in one of the bedrooms are broken and not attached to the wall and they even fell next to the child. In the bedroom with a dark bed, a spring sticks out of the mattress on the side, and my husband got hurt on it. And the worst thing is that we were robbed in this apartment on the first day of our stay. The thieves entered through the door using the key that we left in the safe box for keys next to the door. We were not provided with any advice on that the key should not be left in this box. We were six people and one key, so we naturally believed that the box should be used for convenient and safe key exchange. But apparently the code was known not only to us. As a result, the family was robbed and a large sum of money was stolen. The property did not provide any assistance, only an apology and began to force us to pay the last part of the payment, otherwise we would have to leave the apartment. They do not care that the children were scared after this incident, that we did not feel safe there…

Clean, spacious, just as described. Terrible location. It may be near the beach but the noise at night is very bad. Screaming yelling loud music until early hours 3/4.00 am every night. I feel we should have known about this in advance to booking the accomodation. Very dissapointed.

Prima appartement om in te verblijven. De locatie is heel goed, alles is in de buurt. Bedden zijn ok, alles is aanwezig.

+ dichtbij het strand en centrum van Alcudia. Mooie jachthaven en mooi strand voor kinderen.

Prima appartement, wel gehorig van de lift en voetstappen van bovenburen. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Wij hebben ons goed vermaakt. Nu in het voorseizoen prima met het uitgangsleven maar in het hoogseizoen is het een stuk drukker. Klein balkonnetje met avondzon. Mooie jachthaven, veel winkels en mooi breed strand voor de kinderen.
