Overall, our stay was good. We contacted the property owner regarding some issues, and response time was reasonable. The issues were not resolved during our stay, but owner is aware (kitchen sink drain leaking, downstairs shower leaks out to the floor causing the floor to be raised). These issues did not affect our stay and itinerary. We enjoyed the area and will visit again!

Issues were easily resolved the day I was notified. Kitchen sink drain was loose and easily tightened. Shower door was caulked to stop leak.

Perfect scenic location tucked away while still being a short walkable distance to Main Street.
Don’t be afraid of snow. Sidewalks and parking area are well maintained.

This place was perfect for our long weekend stay in Placid. Walkable down to Main Street shops and restaurants. Clean space and kitchen had all necessary amenities. Plenty of space and felt like we were at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

House was extremely close to downtown restaurants. We dined at a different location for dinner each night. We dined at Breakfast Club each morning before our day excursions in our motorcycles. We think the week prior to Memorial Day was perfect. No extreme crowds and no waits to eat.Amenities were great, to include the washer and dryer as we used those everyday.

A nice quiet walk off the beaten path of lake placid. Very walkable to town and mirror lake to the various restaurants/ shops. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and the bedrooms had plenty of extra linens and bedding. The host was completely accessible for any questions or concerns. I was transparent with the host and would have liked the outdoor deck to have been in better condition ( including the grill utensils left out and uncovered from previous guests). We didn't use the grill or seating, too much work to get it together. We had a busy weekend so it was nice to come back to a quiet place.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a great area. The place itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved the location, the fact that we were an end unit and the best was 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Perfect for our weekend away with friends! Our host was responsive to all our questions! It was convenient to downtown!
