Nice sea view studio, beautiful balcony, wifi, 50 m beach and shops

On the 3rd floor of a beautiful building with elevator in the Rochebonne district, close to everything and 2 steps from the beach and walks by the sea, all shops, bright studio renovated, all comfort, wifi, very beautiful sea view including a new very comfortable bed, 1 folding bed if necessary, kitchen equipped to cook with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, household appliances, internet wifi and Tv, balcony-loggia to sunbathe and eat sheltered from the wind and looks. Beach, all shops, laundromat, nautical activities and bus at 50m, spa at 10 minutes by feet by the seaside. No smoking and no animals. Free parking around the residence, room for bikes in the building.
A deposit of 150 euros is requested at the entrance to the premises which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no problem.

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, d.h. es ist alles da, was man benötigt und noch viel darüber hinaus. Die Aussicht ist toll, auch wenn man nicht in der ersten Reihe wohnt. Man sieht abends die Fähre auslaufen und man ist in ein paar Schritten am Meer. In der Gegend gibt es Geschäfte, auch eine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke. Schön ist, dass es eine persönliche Liste mit Empfehlungen für Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt. Parken kann man direkt gegenüber. Wenn man nicht sofort einen Parkplatz bekommt, kann man ein paar Straßen weiter parken und es wird im Laufe des Tages oder des Abends auf jeden Fall etwas frei. Auf dem Parkplatz gibt es auch zwei Elektroladesäulen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad im Fahrrad-Keller unterzustellen. Es ist ganz gut, ein Fahrrad zu haben, weil man so schnell am Strand oder über die gut ausgebauten Radwege bis zur Altstadt oder in die anderen Stadtteile kommt.Die Kommunikation mit Serge Ferreira war sehr hilfreich, er war flexibel, als ich einen Fehler bei der Buchung gemacht hatte, und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Außerdem war er bei der Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort, hat alles erklärt, so dass man sich gleich willkommen fühlte. Auch bei der Abreise war er sehr flexibel, so dass ich meine Rückfahrt entspannt planen konnte. Also alles genau so, wie man sich das für einen entspannten und interessanten Urlaub wünscht.

We spent two weeks in the apartement; its perfectly located. The sea is just accross the street., watching the tide is spectacular. Its a wunderful walk (around 30 min) along the seaside to the old town of saint malo. The bus stops directly in front of the house, its possible to go to marvellous beaches along the coast by public bus. Parame is a very nice part of the city. Market takes place twice the week; bakery and a small supermarket are just around the corner. The apartement is cosy, clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner worked promptly and reliable. A recommended place to stay!
