Great place, great location

We enjoyed our time here, and it is in a great location where it's quiet but also near several restaraunts and a few stores. Short drive to main street.

Great spot

Perfect location, right on the bus route. Easy access to restaurants. Nice condo, well stocked with anything we needed.

Warm and cozy

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and the bus line is right outside side door that takes you to slopes.... for free even! We had a great weekend and owner is very accommodating.

Thanks for your positive review. Our Prospector Square neighborhood is considered the most convenient in Park City for visitors. The outstanding free Park City Transit System has stops alongside our building and just 1/4 block down the road, taking guests anywhere in Park City and making a car unnecessary. Chuck and Chris

Good early season lodging

Great location, needs some upgrades in bathroom, easy access to parking, and on the ski bus line. Conversation and solution by owner regarding leak in Bathroom tub faucet handled well. Had a nice stay

Unfortunately there was a leak involving the faucet in the bathtub but I was able to get it looked at and then repaired the next day.

Amazing Host

Host sent very detailed instructions and tips about the condo prior to our check-in, which was extremely helpful. Also, worked with us with a later check-out since our flights were later in the day which was SO appreciated! Great location, easy access to bus stops, and overall perfect for our girls trip!

Love this place!

This condo is a gem! Location is perfect, clean and up to date inside, the floor plan is really efficient and the kitchen is well furnished. Best of all, the owner Tim, is accessible, kind and helpful. He gave us great suggestions for exploring Park City. Huge thank you, we had a terrific time.

Good home base for Utah skiing

Clean, conveniently located unit in Park City. Perfect for me and my wife as a home base when we skied several resorts in the Wasatch. Bus stop to Park City and Deer Valley right outside. Good restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.

Ski Getaway

Perfect location to jump on the bus and go skiing daily. Cooked Bkfst only and the kitchen worked well. Slept very well nightly. Great hot tub and convenient area to some good restaurants and walked to the market & liquor store.

Love Park City!

Location was great. Parking was confusing at first because of construction but once we figured out where Lot K was, it was all good. Property was a little dated but we really had a great time!

Cozy & comfortable!’

We truly enjoy your place! Cozy & comfortable, very safe neighborhood! Very convenient to bus stops to ski resorts! The couch probably not the most comfortable but we didn’t sleep on it. I would definitely consider booking again.

Great Option for Skiing

Property location worked well for Deer Valley and Park City ski areas. Great options for busses to and from downtown and skiing. Exceptionally clean and great communication with the host. Hot tub was also clean and in great working order. Very good experience for us!

Wonderful stay in Park City!

Another great summer in Park City staying in unit 422 and 427. Chuck will take care of any concerns that arise. First rate host! This is our third year renting from Chuck and we enjoy it every time.

Prospector Square

I really enjoyed the place and the stay. It is in a good location with good parking available. The bus stop to Park City Mountain is a few yards away from the front door. The accommodations were pleasant and quiet. It was easy to get into and out of even with ski gear on. WiFi worked well and bed was comfortable. May definitely book again in future.

Great ski location

This unit is on the top floor so it is quiet. There are some unique things about it, such as the abundance of cookware and the old-fashioned heat/cool unit in the bedroom, but it offers a perfect spot to launch visits to the mountain, to wander restaurants and shops in the plaza out back, and to get away for a while. Thanks for your review. The unit in the bedroom is an in-wall Amana heating and cooling system, similar to those used in hotels and motels. There is also a baseboard heater in the living area which provides sufficient heat if the client wishes to turn off and unplug the wall unit. The Prospector Square neighborhood where we are located is considered the most convenient in which to stay in Park City, with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and a variety of shops. Park City condo

Great location. Great price. Close to Main St and everything else. Easy access with coded doors. A suggestion would be to provide more neutral shampoo- Strawberry scented was not for me. :)

Girls Get-away for Mom & Daughters

We came for a relaxing girls weekend. Two of us our school teachers, one is a busy college student and the other a busy h.s. senior. We wanted a nice break for the holiday weekend. We were able to hike and swim and watch movies and enjoy each other. This place was perfect with hikes nearby, close to Main Street, wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, a smart TV and a DVD player! Everything we wanted for our get-away. The owner was easy to contact and so helpful! We loved it! We look forward to another visit in the future. Thank you!!

Killer Park City location

With a Park City bus stop right outside your door, walking distance to restaurants, and a 5 minute ride to the slopes, this condo was a steal. We arrived to a nice bottle of wine, a couple of other small items from the owners, as well as thorough instructions on the condo, passwords, combinations, and a ton of other information that helped make the lodging part of my Park City trip mindless so I could focus more on the slopes! The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle free. If I were to have had any issues I felt very confident that they would have been immediately resolved because the owners genuinely cared and made themselves available via phone if needed. Thanks for the stay, see you next year.

Very well located, comfortable ski condo

We spent 12 nights at this condo in Park City, and were very pleased with our choice. We were told we did not need a car in Park City, and the rental costs over 12 days are very high, so we stayed with public transport and shuttles. It worked out very well largely due to the location of this condo. It is right on a main bus stop, and we put on our ski boots, walked downstairs and got on the bus at 8:33 each morning, and were at the Park City ski hill by 8:50, just before the lifts open. All free! This home is also well situated to restaurants, etc. as we were able to walk to half a dozen good choices for dining. The condo itself is nice - not the newest but very comfortable, good size kitchen, large king bed. Would recommend this place.
