Das Haus war so wie beschrieben. Das Grundstück ist gross und umzäunt. Unsere beiden Hunde konnten sich sicher fühlen und hatten sich sofort eingelebt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus

Das Haus hat ein schönes Grundstück mit einer großen überdachten Terrasse. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut. Probleme gab es bereits vor der Anreise. Die geforderte Kaution (600 Euro Scheck oder bar) ist nicht auf der deutschen Seite genannt. Bereits Tage vor Ankunft sollte die genaue Ankunftszeit genannt werden, was bei einer Anreise mit dem Auto an Pfingsten unmöglich ist, dennoch wurde immer wieder nachgefragt. Die Dame kam am Ende zu spät zum Check-In und war sehr unfreundlich. Gleiches Spiel mit der Abreisezeit, die sollte vier Tage vorher genannt werden. Das konnte dann aber durch den Eigentümer geklärt werden. Die Dame war beim Check-out auch deutlich freundlicher. Leider gibt es keine Gartenstühle mit denen man abends auch mal hinter das Haus in den Schatten sitzen könnte, sondern nur Tisch-Bank-Kombinationen. Die Liegen sind aus Vollplastik, es gibt keine Auflagen, daher nicht gemütlich. Ein Badezimmer ist neu ausgestattet, was sehr gut ist. Allerdings ist das Licht zu dunkel. Sehr gut ist, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Insgesamt ist die Miete des Hauses deutlich zu hoch. Wir mieten normalerweise ein anderes Haus, was jedoch belegt war. Dort bezahlen wir 1/4 weniger für zwei Wochen (inkl. W-Lan). Aufgrund des Preises und der Betreuung vor Ort, werden wir dieses Haus nicht nochmals buchen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut.

Emplacement idéal pour les promenades au bord de l'étang

Belle surprise avec ce logement bien équipé entouré d'oiseaux et surtout à proximité de l'étang pour les promenades du soir avec notre chienne. Belle plage à proximité à 15 mn à pied. Je vous conseille le snack restaurant juste à côté de la location, très bon.

Piscine indisponible pendant toute la durée du séjour, nous n'avons pas été prévenu alors que c'était un de nos critères de choix. Salle de bain insalubre (rouille, meuble désagrégé par l'eau) Fuite robinet chambre 1, fuite aux toilettes chambre 2. Plaintes, portes, tiroirs... graisseux ou mal entendus On a stipulé tous ses désagréments à la personne qui gère les départs. Et pour tous ceux qui mettent "merveilleux", désolé, je ne vois pas où

Déjà pur l’Ile des pêcheurs au Barcares

Île sympa avec restaurant et épicerie très accueillants Site calme et bien entretenu. Par contre la piscine n’était pas accessible ( non remplie) ! Dommage !!! De belles plages accessibles facilement à Velo en voiture ou à pied Proprietaire réactif compréhensif. Très bon accueil de la Gerante.

schönes, kleines Haus mit guter Ausstattung

ein schönes, kleines Haus mit guter Ausstattung (inc. Klimaanlage) und toller Terrasse. Wir haben dort schöne 3 Wochen verbracht. Bei der Ausstattung im Haus fehlt es einem an nichts und alles ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern/Vermietern und die Schlüsselabgabe bzw. Übergabe lief ohne Probleme. Ein Problem mit dem Abwasser wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden erledigt. Wir können nichts negatives über das Haus berichten und würden dort sofort wieder Urlaub machen.

Joli Mas pour des vacances exceptionnelles

Joli Mas bien situé près de l'étang de Le Barcarès. Un endroit calme au milieu de la nature. Jolie nouvelle grande terrasse couverte pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner et pou vivre en plein air. Le mas est bien entretenu et équipé, nouvelle cuisine moderne, climatisation. Les lits avec matelas confortable et propre. Le jardin est clôturé, on ne perd ni les enfants ni les chiens 😀. Entourage agréable. Le restaurant et la piscine en quelques pas, on peut profiter de l'infrastructure de l'ancien hôtel de l'île des pecheurs. Grâce à Oliver et Karine le procès de location et réception sur place très agréable. Nous recommendons ce mas pour des vacances près de la nature, pour familles et des amis, pour ralentir un peu - quand même Le Barcarès n'est pas loin. C'est surtout pas pour les gens qui cherchent un séjour luxe 5 étoiles, mais c'est un endroit très aimable, où on profite d'un coucher de soleil phantastique vue de la terrasse chaque soir. Certainement à suivre de notre part.

Pas bien entretenu..

La propreté laisse à désirer. On nettoie autour des meubles (non appréciable en ces temps de covid). Le mobilier extérieur est vétuste et sale. Un seul transat et inutilisable. Les abords non entretenus.

Location sur l'île des pêcheurs au Barcarès très agréable. Le Mas est très fonctionnel.

Mas traditionnel de pêcheurs très agréable. Le centre aquatique de l'île aux pêcheurs est vraiment très bien. Et la localisation dans le Barcarès très facile d'accès. N hésité pas à y aller.
