Everything about this stay was top tier. Location, you cannot beat. Cleanliness was immaculate.Host was above and beyond phenomenal. Safety was exceptional. I cannot say enough positive words about this property. My absolute favorite so far.

Being located inside Puerto Cancun is such an advantage because it offers every type of convenience that you can want to enjoy your trip to Cancun. We love the exclusive location of the property because it is inside the La Luna private residences and it has its own private walking bridge to the beach and Puerto Cancun Beach Club. It has a private dock area if you rent a boat or jet skies, lighted pathways thru the green area that leat to the outdoor playground for the kids. Riva is the perfect place to stay while you visit Cancun and the rest of Quintana Roo.

The views from the condo allow you to relax and recharge your " life batteries". The ability to watch boats pass under the bridge and the condo bring a calming effect you will love.
