You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself. The upscale guest home is nestled near the Green Mountain and is just a few minutes to Golden downtown or 16 minutes to Denver downtown. Quiet neighborhood with access to many walking and bicycling trails and conveniently located nearby Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, School of Mines, Colorado Mills Mall, coffee shops and restaurants. Seven minutes walk to Light Rail Station.

The guest home is a newly build addition with all new appliances. It has it own private entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and a dedicated parking space. It's an ideal location if you want to take the Light Rail to downtown, to Pepsi Center, to Coors Field, or to the airport. It's close to the mountain and with I-70 corridor nearby, the nearest ski resort is only about an hour away.

There are lots to see any do year round from your little home away from home with all new appliances and modern amenities.

My husband and I will return to this sweet spot! You’re @15 minutes away from everything! Red Rocks, Ball stadium, MeowWolf. The location couldn’t be more convenient! And the space is spotless, cozy and welcoming. Very happy with our stay

Our stay was fantastic!Our hosts anticipated everything we may have needed along with things we wouldn't have considered. Attention to details was exceptional, including a scale to see if we put on additional weight over our holiday vacation.Quiet and pleasant neighborhood..Location provides easy access to any and everything you may want to do or seemCommunication was seamless.Privacy was respected to the point we had no inkling we were actually being hosted.Great stay. Great little place

Sweet little house very clean and easy to figure everything out. The owners were easy to contact and replied quickly and efficiently. Nice for those looking for a quick stay trip.

Quiet and cozy and centrally located for red rocks/ Denver

First impression: Cute, quiet neighborhood. Upon stepping inside, we knew it was going to be a place we liked. The space: Everything was very thoughtfully put together. Things were labeled and clear, the space was very clean and cozy. There was a fairly well appointed kitchen we used to make ourselves some home meals to save money on going out. There was even a blender. The bed was a little bit on the firmer side, which worked just fine for me. My partner prefers softer beds and was comfortable on the couch. We did not try the pullout. The location: The light rail was a short walk (or even shorter Lyft) away, so getting to downtown Denver was a breeze. If you don’t like the light rail. It was about 20 minutes from Downtown Denver in one direction and Red Rocks in the other direction. If you’re looking to be ‘in the thick of it’ with everything being walkable then this may not be the spot for you, but that experience isn’t far away when desired. We personally preferred the quieter feel to the area. Rideshare was extremely easy and fast in the area, at reasonable prices. The host: Very respectful and responsive - they had thought of pretty much everything ahead of time and for the one or two questions we had were very prompt and courteous in their responses. We would absolutely stay here again for another visit to see shows at Red Rocks. :)

Property was perfectly depicted on the website. Clean, cute and would highly recommend.

It looked exactly as advertised. The only thing I would recommend is, it is not really suited for four adults - a little too cozy for our liking but would definitely book it again if we ever visit the Denver area. Very pleased.

Single night stay

This stay was in a great location and had everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with me for every question and concern I had , even months ahead of time when I booked the stay. We would definitely stay again and even consider it for a longer stay as a home base to explore beautiful Colorado! Would be perfect for a red rocks show too !

We came down for a concert at Red Rocks and this was the perfect place. Everything was easy and smooth. Absolutely would book again for a trip down.

Hope you like dogs.... and barking. Were dog people, have 2 large dogs at home. We were woken every morning by their dog screaming. Not barking. Not howling. SCREAMING!! Think funny YouTube video. That isn't funny at 6am... or 11pm. We're not sure if the host was at work or running errands, but it would scream the whole time! Be prepared I'm fairly certain the previous reviews were fake.. we only saw the host at the Crack of dawn, waking us up by rummaging outside- next to our windows. Laundry room is not accessible. Nothing entertaining. No books. No games. Cards nothing. You will hear EVERYTHING coming from the house. Which means they hear you too. Be prepared. Now on to the good. It's clean. Check in was easy, check out the same. And it's located in a safe neighborhood. I would like it noted- this is the very first negative review I've ever left. I would not consider staying at this location again. doing.. whatever. Laundry

Nice little place, wonderful stay!

Sophia's place worked out great for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood, cozy but spacious for two, comfy and clean, well appointed, and everything worked. Nice little touches like a Keurig with pods, seasonings for cooking, and a drawer full of little bathroom items. Even a pair of stadium seats for our Red Rocks show. Five stars all the way!

Really enjoyed our stay. It's in a cute little neighborhood located minutes from Red Rocks. The guest house was private and well maintained. I'd definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay!

The expectations with this Guesthouse were definitely exceeded! We traveled to this area for a concert at Red Rock Amphitheater and this was the perfect place to stay. The cleanliness and coziness were above what we expected. The communication and instructions from the owner made checking in a breeze. I will also have to say the bed slept the Beat!!!! Will definitely book this VRBO again when we return for more concerts.

Gem of a property

We were looking for a convenient place to stay for a Red Rocks concert when we reserved Sophia’s property. We definitely found that with a seamless shuttle ride ride from a hotel 10 minutes away but we also found so much more. The property is immaculately maintained and both comfy and cozy. The bed was great. The location is close to great shopping and we were in downtown Denver after a 20 minute ride. This is simply a gem of a find and Sophia is wonderful. Stay here if you get the opportunity. PS Sophia even provides stadium chairs to take to Red Rocks!

Convenient location

Efficient little apartment. Convenient location to Red Rocks and train to downtown Denver. Had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. Sophia was able to provide a book that had anything you need to know about the area. We would stay here again.
