The standard number of guests allowed is (6). Only (2) additional guests can be accommodated with a fee. Total of (8) all in all.

Aside from family bonding, this place is also a good hangout for "barkadas" or small group team building. Just be mindful of the noise.

Several guests have used the unit to attend weddings at Madre De Dios and Holy Family Chapel inside TGH.

Wifi is limited due to Philippine network problems. But we have some game boards like chess and backgammon at the living room table that you can use.

Flat iron + ironing board and hairdryer are provided and are stowed in the bedroom one closet.

The TOILET & BATH AREA:

Towels, Hand Soap, and Toilet paper will be available, other toiletries you have to bring.

The KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with: Refridgerator, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Fully Automatic Rice Cooker, Cooking Utensils, Toaster & Lavazza Coffee Machine (Capsule Type).

Hot & Cold water dispenser with purified drinking water (3 gal. for overnight/ 5 gal. for 2 days or more) is provided. Clean water is sourced from Wilkin's, Agua Vida, Absolute or Crystal Clear preferably.

The WATER PRESSURE & ELECTRICITY

Water pressure is strong and stable. The two bathrooms & kitchen sink are equipped with a hot water system.

Should there be any power interruption, a standby generator can power the whole condominium (It will still be quiet & peaceful as the generators are located far away from the condo units).

Club Amenities can be arranged but with a fee.
