Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking pond and golf course. Living
room, dining room, kitchen, and dinette, with a washer and dryer. Screened enclosed lanai with panoramic pond view. Condo located in highly sought after community with 24/7 staffed gated security. Tennis and pickleball courts, Pro shops, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. There is a resort-style heated pool with satellite pools within the community, a resistance pool, jacuzzi spa and a Tiki bar with waitress service.
The main clubhouse includes casual and fine dining, billiard room, and a library. There are numerous planned actives throughout the year. The community is ideal for walking and bike riding. The condo is fully furnished including two flat-screen TVs with cable and internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stain steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There are many great shops and restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Gulf beaches of, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and Sarasota. The building has an elevator and reserved covered parking.

Beautiful Condo

After renting for many seasons at River Strand, we hit the jackpot with this property. Not only is it beautifully decorated, it’s fully equipped with everything a renter could need. The location afforded amazing views of the golf course and local wildlife. The owners were responsive, kind and very accommodating. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! Will definitely consider this property in the future.
