Beautiful, renovated, modern house steps to the beach, with lots of PARKING!
This spacious modern beach house will check off all your boxes! This immaculate home is on the gulf side of the street, has no condo neighbors, great parking and is very private. The living room/dining room has high ceilings, new windows, professionally decorated furnishings, fast WiFi and cable TV. The master has a king size bed and extra space for a blow up mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with storage and lots of closet space. The luxurious shower can only be described as a room, with 5 separate water features including a rain head and body sprays .Pets allowed if okay-ed by owner. This house has all the comforts of home, minutes to shops, restaurants and mini golf. Just 35 minutes from Tampa, 10 minutes to Seminole City Center, with 24 stores and restaurants. Trolley stop out front to take you to Clearwater Beach and back.
We hope you will stay here and explore the gulf beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete from this great location!

A beautiful location and a quiet part of the beach! This house is in a row of three houses so you have to walk by the other two houses to get to the beach (less than a minute away), but the house is right off the road which makes it easy to find. There were no big chain grocery places right there, but Publix is about 8 minutes away across the bridge. The house is well-stocked with pots and pans and some starting ingredients like oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, and more. There were beach chairs and umbrellas. I didn’t see many beach toys but didn’t look too hard. Appreciated the thoughtfulness and quick responses of the host as well as their flexibility.

Great spot for beach getaway

This house was the perfect place for our family's beach getaway. As advertised, it was spacious and clean and comfortable. The fridge went down the day we checked in, which was frustrating however Caron was very quick and responsive to get it repaired and resolved. I would love to bring my family back here again. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent as always! Our second stay here and we just love it! Jon and Caron are amazing host who go out of their way to make sure that their guess are well taken care of. Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The house was just steps from the beach which my kids loved! The house was clean and nice to hang out and relax in. The beds were comfortable. We cooked dinner a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location wasn’t too far from Busch Gardens, so we went there a couple of times to shake things up. My favorite part of the house though, hands down, was the bathroom shower. It was amazing! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!!!

Quick family getaway

Our family of 3 decided to take a quick spring break getaway to the Gulf and this place was fantastic! It was quite, clean, close to everything we wanted to do, and steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to save on some meal expenses. We'll definitely be back when we have a little more time to spend and soak up more beach!

Gulf vacation 2025

Our stay at Happy Ours was amazing! The weather and the beach perfect. The cottage was stellar, perfectly decorated, spacious and comfortable with all the supplies you need including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas,and beach towels! Absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay again.

What a wonderful property!

We were thrilled to find the property just as it was listed, it was impeccably clean, nicely appointed, and in a great location. A few short steps to the beach and terrific access to the mass transit system if you choose to use it. Great trip

We go to the gulf 2 -4 weeks every summer and this was one of the better places we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient. It’s rare you can sleep well on vacation, we slept well on comfortable beds. Small walk to beach and stores/places to eat within walking distance. If you like staying on the beach this is it. Beach was also very nice with the white, fine, soft sand.

Love the house!

The house was great. It was very clean and had everything you would need. It also had lots of beach supplies. If you do have a rainy day, they have dozens of board games to keep you entertained. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back to the beach!

March break get away

We very much enjoyed our stay in the nicely appointed cottage steps away from the water. The cottage was well equipped with games and beach accessories (needed a pump though to inflate balls). Hosts were welcoming and responsive to the few queries we had.

Cozy home away from home

Property was clean and well stocked with just about everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes for use. Only kitchen item we would recommend is a pizza pan and pizza cutter! Communication was great with owners and the check in and check out process was smooth. Any issues that came up were fixed immediately. Location of the house is great! It was nice to be so close to the beach. This definitely came in handy with small children. The sand toys and beach chairs were nice to have and used daily! 😊 If we make a trip back to clearwater we won't hesitate to book this house again!

Indian Shores Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caron and Jon’s home in Indian Shores. The location was terrific with so many walkable restaurants, bars, coffee shop, but best of all the beautiful beach just steps away! The house itself is so comfortable ,clean and airy with a modern beach vibe. Everything you could want is there and the bed was so comfortable. We watched the sun set over the gulf every evening, but it was also nice to see it come up through the arched window every morning! Caron and Jon were wonderful hosts and very communicative and accommodating. We have stayed many places over the years and this was one of the very best!!! We are so grateful for a peaceful and much needed getaway!

STEPS TO QUIET BEACH - INDIAN SHORES

The location is a huge plus. Located on the beach side of Gulf Blvd, you have direct access to a quiet beach front. The waters were warm, clear and calm during our visit. The sunsets were gorgeous as expected. If you want to catch the Suncoast trolley, its literally outside your door. We paid for a day pass and traveled to St. Pete's Beach and north to Pier 60 in Clearwater. Just outside the house, you can walk to several rental shops and a convenience mart and several eateries. There's a Publix and Walmart about 1 1/2 miles away in Indian Rocks area. Things to consider: There is limited area to walk a dog. There is a street side pedestrian walkway that parallels the road but no designated green areas. You might want to drive over to the dog park in Indian Rocks Beach which is close by. Dogs are not allowed on the beach but there is a designated dog beach near St. Pete's. If you plan to prepare meals, I suggest that you bring a sharp kitchen knife and pan or two. The teflon pans in the unit are kind of rough and worn. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, blender and 2 coffee makers.The fridge is large too. Though the location is very convenient, you are right on the roadway so there is traffic noise. For a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. Overall, it was comfortable, safe and convenient for an enjoyable beach vacation. If you want direct beach access, and the ability to go without a car, this home is a great choice.
